this place is just horrible! worst customer service ever! i left my car for a simple oil change and they had to keep my car overnight! WHAT?! to make matters worse, they parked my car outside in the public parking where i got my doors dinged up and as if that wasn't bad enough they lied and said they called me and got my permission. WTF??? this place sucks, take your car elsewhere for servicing.

At first I wrote it off, but having taken my mercedes to downtown l.a. motors for service on 5 or 6 occasions and never having been treated right I am now certain its the place, not coincidence. They have a 'blow and go' attitude and no concern for customer satisfaction. Its nothing but a giant assembly line where nobody listens to you. Repeatedly I made simply requests -- no armoural, call me before noon -- and they can't even get these easy things right. Its red flag central. I've had money stolen from my ashtrays. I've had charges for services that I'm certain were not performed. When asked that they 'make it right', they argue with me and try to sell me more services, or have me give them my car again. My main reason for going there -- a shuttle to downtown, hasn't even worked. I have waited upwards of an hour to get a ride from staples center to downtown. I have requested a shuttle at 4:00 p.m. only to have them arrive at 5:55 p.m. All they can say is "sorry for the inconvenience". All I can say is downtown l.a. motors mercedes service center is an inconvenience nobody needs. My recommendation -- don't go near the place.
