I had never had an airbrush tan until I went to Julie at Romeo and Juliet and now I'm addicted! I get compliments all the time and people ask me if I've been on the beach somewhere. It looks so natural and Julie is so sweet and the best!! I also get my three daughters hair cuts there by Melanie and have always been pleased. Everyone at the salon is friendly and we always feel welcome. Great salon overall!!!!!

After several unsuccessful hair salon visits, I tried Romeo & Juliet because of the great reviews it received here. I was not disappointed! Not only did I receive the best cut and color I've had in a long time, they were able to repair the botched up highlight job from the previous salon. I was equally impressed with the teamwork here. About three different stylists were working on my hair. If one got called away, another one stepped in so I wasn't left waiting in the chair. Everyone was friendly and did a great job. I'll definitely go back.

I've had some pretty awful spray tans in No. Dallas. That is, until I heard about Julia. She's a real perfectionist! I receive so many compliments on my tan because it looks natural, even and makes me look like a sun goddess. I never look spotted or streaked. She is super sweet and makes me feel so comfortable that I almost forget I'm naked! LOL! She sprays Cowboys Cheerleaders and Mavericks Dancers now too, so book with her well in advance. You won't regret it!

Ms. Julie truly has the BEST personal tan service in Frisco! I have tried ALL sorts of products and services and there is NOTHING like having Julie tan you! Healthy, affordable, doesn't ruin your clothes or turn you orange, lasts longer than most spray on tans, doesn't fade ugly, and wont streak or spot! Being a Lupus patient I have to stay outta the sun..being a woman, I love to be tan..this is the solution ! Again, I have tried COUNTLESS other places, products and services in Frisco and Julie has the BEST money can buy! She is charming and makes the whole experience addicting! Not to mention the tan is OUT OF this WORLD!!!Can you tell I'm a fan????

This salon is great! Everyone is super sweet, real hospitable and extremely talented. They offer a gazillion services at affordable prices and their establishment is always clean. I have visited many
of the bigger name salons around No. Dallas area and most of them were so filthy I never went back. I sat in a chairs at a salon IN THE WILLOW BEND MALL that looked like it hadn't been wiped down in months! I returned home after a haircut only to discover hair color on the backside of my expensive white linen slacks. RUINED! So ya you could say that the cleanliness of a salon matters to me. I have recommended Romeo & Juliet Salon and Spa to most of my family and friends and they have had very pleasant experiences too. TWO THUMBS UP!

I think everyone here is very polite. I am going back for the third time.

Whitney does an awsome job on my hair. When I leave my hair is so soft compared to dry and frizzy when I had it done by someone else at another salon.
I would reccomend Whitney to anyone who wants a great cut and color!

For those of you who believe that the Internet gives you complete anonymity, THINK AGAIN. People [like "Heather" below] who are using the Internet to post false, malicious, statements of fact that are meant to harm someone's reputation should do their homework first. Online defamation is ILLEGAL and your IP address can easily be traced.

As I understand it, Romeo and Juliets has taken swift legal action against this woman in an INTERNET DEFAMATION lawsuit that could end up costing her thousands of dollars in punitive damages! Especially since she admits [at the end of her rant] that she has "no proof" to substantiate any of her claims. I'm guessing she has no proof because none of it happened.

So, if your intent is to attack someone's reputation (whether on the Internet or by spoken word) simply because you don't like them or you wish to cause them harm, be prepared. What you post today can come back to haunt you tomorrow!

I tried several other salons in the area with varying degrees of disappointment until my neighbor recommended Romeo & Juliet to me. And I'm quite glad she did! My hairstylist spoiled me with what seemed like a 15 minute scalp massage and my haircut turned out so pretty. I was impressed by the cleanliness and beautiful decor of the salon. My time spent here was very relaxing and I'll be returning to have my toes polished next week.

Just an FYI i went into the salon today and was suppose to have an appt with janna.I was informed she is no longer there. While I was a bit disappointed I will have to either move to another salon or figure out who else to use....any suggestions?

My girl that I wouldnt trade for anyone will soon be at Romeo and Juliet. Another salon she was at treated her rather poorly and wasnt truthful with me when I came for my appointment. Which I find in poor taste. Anyways, I am happy to hear from her she will be starting at Romeo and Juliet as of August 26th, 2008. I am thrilled and will be back on here to rate the salon itself.
You can not go wrong with Shelby. She is very good at what she does. Always asks me what I want and has a natural ability to get my unruly thick hair to fall perfectly and I can even do it when I get home! I love my hilights and trust her to always do a great job! She is also funny and sweet and remembers my stories and family and makes me laugh! I was referred to her by a teacher my niece has. Thank Goodness!

My one request was that they, "cover my gray" and this place did it!

After that, I was treated to the best haircut I've had in years - but the best thing about it? I can maintain the style at home!

They also offer an inch loss body wrap that actually works.I just had one last week and lost a whopping 18 inches!!! To prove it worked, I brought along a pair of jeans that were too tight on me that morning. After my treatment, I slipped into them and left a very happy camper!! I'll never go anywhere else. This place is magic!

I was on my way into Starbucks when I noticed Romeo and Juliet Salon & Spa back in January 2007. My hair had always been cut by friends back home until I moved to the area, so I thought what the heck. I walked over to ask a few questions and instead ended up staying several hours. The staff was so friendly and enthusiastic that I decided to give it a go. I had my hair colored, cut and styled and for the first time in my life I ACTUALLY LOVE MY HAIR! (I've had the most amazing massages, facials, manicures, pedicures and waxing done here too!)

I've been a loyal client since that day and the service is just as impeccable as it was then. The smiles at the front desk make me feel welcome and the entire staff knows me by name. I highly recommend Romeo and Juliet's to anyone and everyone I come in contact with.Their prices are fair, they listen to what you want, they get the job done right and they do it in a friends-and-family atmosphere. What more can you ask for?

I really love this salon/spa, it is awesome and the customer service is outstanding! I have had my hair done there, and my airbrush tanning done by Julie, and she rocks the house! They are very nice and professional and make sure that all of your needs are met up to the very last detail! I highly recommend this spa if you're in Frisco!

I had been giving my hair the Wal-mart bottle job over the last year and was in desperate need of some TLC for my hair. Janna did exactly that. I was wanting my hair to match a faux hair piece and she nailed it. Love the cut and the color. Thank You .

Before going to this salon I carefully read the reviews on this site and was really skeptical on going there. Since it is convienant from my house I decided to give it a try. I spent about 5 hours on 2 different services including a facial and full cut and color. I left feeling like a new person and everyone was very friendly and it was an all around great atmosphere. Originally from a big city I was always told some of the smaller more homely places gave the best service/cuts and thats exactly what I got at Romeo and Juliets. I have since told quite a few people at my office hopefully they do themselves a favor and schedule appointments.

To those who have been writing bad reviews I am sorry for your poor experiences but Im sure most of you are just typing out of frustration. If I got bad service to the point where I would publicly bash a business I would atleast try and have it corrected to my expectations. You never know what kind of relationship you can establish with a stylist that can last a lifetime. Remember communication is a BIG part of having the perfect look.

Again I want to say thanks to everyone at that salon. From the moment I walked in to the time I walked out I had a smile on my face. You have earned a customer for life.

I can appreciate your circumstance vk. v. But, sometimes situations like that can happen unfortunately and the stylist and owner should ultimately be held responsible by refunding you the cost. That sounds simple enough. But the way your bashing effects all of the other people as well. I posted earlier stating I had an absolutely wonderful massage there and will continue to use that masseuse. Dont judge things on one mistake.

Just recently I made an appointment at this spa for a massage. Ive had other services there and was always satisfied. My massage though was out of this world! The therapist Kelly was fantastic. Ive never had a massage quite like it. Its something you cant describe and just need to experience. I definitely left happy and with one of her cards because Ill be making another visit!!

Great place with nice people.

My husband and I both went to Romeo & Juliet salon in Oct '07 for sunless tanning.... Julie is AWESOME!!! I made my husband go first, he came home looking like he'd just came back from vacation, so I was stoked about my session a few days later.... We were married in Jamaica that same month, so I wanted to look tan and picture perfect, and I couldn't have been more pleased with Julie's work!! I've done the 'mystic tan' and will never do that again... Airbrush Tanning is the only way to go!! (And in my opinion, looks more natural and lasts longer!!) My second experience at R&J Salon was also awesome.... just last night I got my hair cut & colored. Janna is amazing!! I'm very impressed, and she was so pleasant!! Janna cut about 6 inches off of my hair and I went from dark blonde with highlights to an all over MOCHA!!!! I'm loving it!! Janna rocks!!!! I also felt like the price was just right... I came from a salon in Plano where I'd been paying close to $200, and I paid no where near that at R&J... I've found my new salon!!! Keep up the good work Romeo & Juliet!!!

I have never felt more beautiful and re-freshed after leaving any place in my life. It was like I was the only person in the salon and everyone was there exclusively for me. The entire staff seemed genuinely concerned about my comfort and went out of their way to make me feel like royalty. I would highly recommend Romeo and Juliet to anyone that would like to be queen for the day.
