Scam. Take your cash and trickle the orders through. As mentioned elsewhere, its basically fraud.
My wife ordered a prrm on line in February for delivery to Sydney. Something about the whole thing seemed off to me, so I investigated - this was in April, after she'd had nought response.

The dodgy website and the fact that when I Googled the store it showed up on the map either in the middle of nowhere or in a vacant lot confirmed my suspicions.

We contacted Mastercard the next day, sent them through the requisite correspondence that had been unanswered and got our money back based on the non delivery of goods clause on our card. This is basically a clause that states that if you don't get the goods in 30 days, then you must at the very least be supplied with a confrimation or shipping number from the manufacturer or courier.

Save yourselves the hassle and don't fall for anything this woman eventually says. She's been investigated by the BBB in the US on dozens of occasions. She's a great scammer who knows how to play the law and, like all good scammers, knows how to play vulnerable people.

I ordered a City Select Baby Jogger in November 2010, after many emails and phone calls, I received the stroller in March 2011 but none of the accessories I ordered were received. I spent almost double the value of the stroller on the accessories and have nothing to show for it. I've sent numerous emails to CMK over the last few months and haven't heard back from them. Absolutely disgusted at their service or rather lack thereof. After reading some of the reviews, I guess I should be grateful that I received the stroller at all. Order number 3499271.

I ordered a petrol powered kids kart from this horrible company on the 12th of febuary this year for the sum of $2048.96 AUD. I have tried to ring and email this company to no prevail in regards to my item being shipped. It turns out that they have not paid the manufacturer for my item so i have had to pay the manufacturer for this kart directly.I am in the process of recovering my monies from countrymoose kids through legal proccedings so if anyone else out there has not recieved there item or been refunded for it can you please email or phone me and i will foreward your info onto the the lawyer i will be useing to create a bigger case against them. my details are as follows.email: shanelivingstone@bigpond.com.

I ordered a pram on February 28/2011. I paid $450 plus $100 for delivery to Australia.

I received an order confirmation.

DON'T DO IT.
I ordered a double City Select on Jan 3rd. The money was taken from my credit card on the same day. The twins were born in March with no stroller. After many e-mails with no response and many calls with nothing but lies including one that stated that they did not deliver to Canada vice what the website states. After a cancellation and reorder we received one seat and no stroller, like that is going to do a lot of good. We finally cancelled the order and went out and bought the stroller else where. Country Moose Kids could not refund the monies back to my credit card for some reason and so I was advised that a certified cheque was in the mail. That was in April and I have checked the UPS tracking number weekly and they have not received it from the company meaning it has never left the building. If anyone has actually received a product consider yourself lucky. This is the worst service I have ever had to deal with. It is appalling that they still have a licence. I have lodged a complaint with the BBB and will continue until I receive some form of satistaction. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The issues are far greater than their supplier.

I ordered a toy piano on May 2. My Visa was charged on May 5. I got a UPS tracking number the same day. It went downhill from there.

A package arrived on May 9, but it was not the model we ordered. It was also broken. Checked their web site, the one I ordered was not there. My wife kept calling for six hours. Finally spoke with Laura and she issued a refund while speaking on the phone. I got an email from CMK within minutes confirming the refund.

Here we are 12 days later. No refund to my Visa. I spoke with Visa yesterday. They refused to open a dispute because the CMK email did not explicitly state refund to my Visa account. I argue that I did not get what I ordered. Visa then said I must return the piano to CMK, and give them a tracking number in order to open a dispute.

CMK web site says I must get return authorzation, and I pay return postage. They are close, not answering phone, and voice mailbox is full. I do not want to ship without return authorization. I am already out $279 and import duties (I am in Canada).

have just reviewed all these emails and now am determined to start the recover process of attempting to get a refund as my order was placed on 8th April 2010 and cost me $680. and despite numerous calls (the mail box is always full), and emails - nothing.

The only response i have gotten is:

Can't believe that a comppany who appeared to be having supply issues (they took baby jogger orders off the website for a while) would then start taking orders again when they knew trouble was ahead.

I am astounded at the lack of business acumen this company exhibits. When you Google "Country Moose Kids the first webpage that comes up is this page full of complaints! As a business owner I would be doing everything within my power to rectify this situation but it appears there complete ignorance of good business practice leads them to believe you can upset a great deal of your customers without fear of retaliation. You can't complain about the customer service because there isn't any! Worst of all they are dealing with women who are often going through the most emotional time of their lives and they treat them with absolute contempt.

We ordered a pram in mid-January, my credit card was charged the following day. A month later we hadn't received any shipping updates. After a series of unanswered emails and phone calls I finally succeeded in speaking to someone at CMK. After I agreed to take a 2010 model instead of the 2011 model we paid for, I was assured they had them in stock and it would ship within the week. We received a UPS tracking number the following day but that's as far as it went, the item was never delivered to UPS. After three months and several requests for a refund, (Our baby boy was now a month old and my wife was rather upset at having lost $500) I eventually decided to leave it up to the good folks at the legal department of Visa. I submitted a fraudulent claim form and have received a full refund from Visa. I'm sure Visa have a substantial file on CMK now and I only hope they are forming a crack legal team to take these bastards down.

I just looked at their website and it say "We are closed" on the main page. I sincerely hope that "Closed" means permanently so that nobody else has to go through the same exhausting, fruitless, frustrating, crap that is dealing with CMK.

Incidentally, somehow we weren't dissuaded from purchasing items in the US and ordered the same stroller from mystrollers.com. It was shipped within a week of my credit card being charged and it took 6 days to go from New York to our front door on the Gold Coast! (Australia)

I contacted VISA and put in a dispute claim on Tuesday the 10th May - the money was reimbursed into my account on Friday the 13th May. I can't believe how wonderful they were with our claim. It isn't really VISA's responsibility to pay for CMK mistakes - but they did and I am truely grateful. Thanks VISA! I don't know how I got through but I did (something told me I should have canceled my order - but I did not - now I am paying for it). When I called I was told by Laura that it is going to ship out today and that I was going to get a confirmation number. But before this she asked if I had a second choice of colour on the stroller since they apparently did not have the colour I ordered in stock (even though it was listed on-line). I knew they shipped because my credit card got charged and I did not get a shipping confirmation number. I just got the stroller today and guess what. IT IS THE WRONG STROLLER!! And now I am trying to get in touch with them PHONE, EMAIL, ONLINE FORM - NOTHING FROM THEM.

Now I am afraid since they have a customer pay for return policy. Which to be honest I will not pay to return something they COMPLETELY SHIPPED INCORRECTLY.

If I do not hear from them, then I guess I will sell the stroller (since I did not want this one). And buy the one I want from Toys R Us.

If a Mom and Pops company is going to start on-line sales they need to have the people, technology and Inventory to supply their customers.

What I like now is the website says "WE ARE CLOSED"

Payment was taken immediatley, however I am still waiting.after numerous phonecall and unanswered emails I finally spoke to Laura 2 weeks ago who assured me she was backfilling orders in chronological oder despite this she said I was still in second group to be dispatched. I have still not received tracking and once again can no longer get through. I am also concerned as when I could get through CMK were taking orders again for these prams and I am worried these orders are being filled and not customers who have been waiting months. Laura please contact me regarding order 3555018. Also when people have received their order can you please post what you ordered and when.

I am one of the fortunate ones that did receive my order within 3 weeks although the accessory they sent to go with the stroller is the wrong one. I too have had problems getting through to them either by phone or email.

Customer service is HORRID. I placed my order March 9, and didn't hear anything until I got my shipment notice on April 25th. No one answers the phone, and no one answers emails. I lodged a complaint with my credit card company finally. Don't waste your time on this store. I can't believe they haven't been shut down yet!

I ordered a Baby Jogger City Mini double stroller on the 12th of January - AFTER contacting Country Moose to ask how long it would take, and was told eta would be 2 WEEKS. So over 3 months later, I still have yet to receive my stroller. I have sent numerous emails that have gone unanswered, and every time I have tried phoning them I can't leave a message as their inbox is full, and no one ever answers the phone. Today I contacted the Commonwealth Bank about this, as I purchased the stroller on my CBA credit card. I have now lodged a case with them and they have advised I will receive a letter within 45 days with their progress. I ordered a Baby Jogger City Mini double stroller on the 12th of January - AFTER contacting Country Moose to ask how long it would take, and was told eta would be 2 WEEKS. So over 3 months later, I still have yet to receive my stroller. I have sent numerous emails that have gone unanswered, and every time I have tried phoning them I can't leave a message as their inbox is full, and no one ever answers the phone. Today I contacted the Commonwealth Bank about this, as I purchased the stroller on my CBA credit card. For those who used Paypal to pre-order this line. Their window for refunds is not very good. Call your card company used to fund PP for these preorders. It's a hassle but far faster to by pass PP. We are very sorry this delay has happened. We did receive word this week that we were cut off from this supplier for explaining what has happened and a letter stating it was due to the market being over-saturated... I know we assured many of you the product was coming as we were told they were.. I cannot express how beyond livid we are that this has happened. I purchased 2 accessories for my baby jogger city select last year!!! July 2010 as I needed the glider board plus childs tray for my ever expanding family....I have had my fourth child 4 weeks ago and as much as I am desperately wanting my items to make leaving the house possible I have not recieved these. I have gone through stages of being so angry at no response since january this year to now being upset that a company can just take your hard earned money and not deliver the goods. I can appreciate things get delayed with the suppliers...this was communicated to me about the glider as has been re tooled in China since July last year! The childs tray was in stock and this I decided to have shipped out prior to the lengthy delay of the glider...this too despite being told it was being shipped did NOT arrive.
I am not working due to 3 young kids undxer 3 and really cannot afford to buy these again from another company...I wish I could though as really NEED to have the items. Basically I cannot leave the house when I am at home by myself as its too difficult!
If ANYONE from country moose freads this PLEASE respond to one of the many emails or phone messages I have left to give me an update on my delivery

Hi Everyone, we seem to be in the same situation as everyone else in this forum having ordered back in mid Jan, but I may have some positive news...

I just spoke to a very polite and helpful lady from Country Moose Kids who explained the situation to me. I also managed to get through to her first time using the 877.. number on their website (calling at 2.30am Australian time because as our new bub needed a feed).

As others have mentioned they are having trouble with their supplier, but they are receiving goods that will flow through to backlogged orders as they arrive. We ordered the whole Baby Jogger City Select set-up in Ruby, but it appears the next colour they will be able to deliver is Onyx. We asked whether we could change the colour to Onyx if it speeds up the order and she said that would be done if the Onyx came in ahead of Ruby as expected. She said it will be around 2 weeks before the next round of orders can be sent though. Apparently it should then only take 5-7 days to arrive in Australia once sent.

We have decided to proceed with the order and will see what happens, but I do have faith. She certainly seemed to be a very genuine person.

She mentioned they stopped taking orders (I guess when they identified the problem with the supplier) and they offered us a refund, so they seem to be doing what they can. Perhaps they have been a victim of their own success to some extent, but I will always try to be supportive of companies that provide such a generous discount compared with the major retailers.

I will contact them again in a week to see how deliveries from the supplier are proceeding and will get back to you all on this site.

I ordered the special edition 3-in-1 Balance bike by Wishbone on Feb 25th 2011 and like every single reviewer on this site, have been left in the lurch. No bike, no email, no phone call, no response, no possibility to leave a message... NOTHING!!! Wait, I should not say "nothing" as Country Moose Kids seems to have no issue retrieving payment.

I studied business and let me tell you, treating customers like garbage will cost you a lot. I plan on going on every site I can find to let people know of this horrendous company. I also plan on making complaints with both VISA and the Better Business Bureau... not that the owners of this so-called business seem to care. From their responses below they seem to blame the "slight delays" on one or 2 suppliers. They are lying. How come I don't have my balance bike then? At the very least, I should have gotten the courtesy of a response.

If they had any kind of business sense or compassion for parents, they would change their website to at least indicate that they are having issues, not take additional orders. Parents are stressed out enough as is and often stretched for cash to have to deal with this. Shame on you for taking advantage of us, shame on you.

I want my Balance Bike and I want it now.

I am so so dissapointed I placed a $1350 order on the 26th of Jan for 1 BJSC in plum with matching second seat, bassinet, 2x tyer pump and 2x drink holder. 1 BJSC in onyx with car seat addaptor I then contacted CMK on the 6th Feb to add a onyx bassinet to which they replied no worries just add it on, they haven't taken payment for the second bassinet as of yet. how ever after reading this i have noticed that others who ordered there pram after me have managed to get through to CMK and have had there order sent.
the onyx pram is for my friend who is due in 3 weeks and the other pram is for me and i am due in 5. I will be taking this further if CMK make no contact with in the week. Its hard enough being pregnant and having a bucket load of things to buy when one of the most expensive items you purchase hasn't arrived. I JUST WANT COMMUNICATION.

27/3/11I placed an order with CMK just under 45 days ago and once my money was taken out there was no communication at all. I have tried ringing, emailing and there is just no answer or reply. I am worried that my pram will never arrive so I've logged a dispute with paypal as its under 45 days, and I dont want to wait any longer for a reply. I want my money back so I can get my pram from somewhere else if they cant supply it. If the problem lies with the distributor they really should be refunding our money, they aren't losing out by giving us our money back. Better customer service is needed. At least leave a note on the CMK site that tells people what stage you are at with getting the prams from the distributor. You say every customer is important, we cant be that important if you cant be bothered letting anyone know whats going on! Your business wont survive if you keep treating your customers like this. If you communicated with them and told them what was happening, they are more likely to return their business to you. I hope Paypal can refund my money as I dont want to lose out on nearly $600.

I would like to introduce myself, I am just another person who has suffered at the hands of this terrible Company. I too order my Baby jogger Elite & some accessories in December 2010 and like so many others have no idea if I will even see my order. I have resorted to posting on this forum as it now seems like this is the only way to be in contact with CMK (Which I assume is because the bad review??s are the only thing they care about, as they obviously don??t care about the customers). When I ordered I did some research and I did get the feeling there customer service was not brilliant but I did not realise it was non existent!! I do realise CMK had a massive influx of International orders in the past couple of months and I have heard some rumours that Baby Jogger has intentionally delayed & stuffed up orders to CMK as they are not happy about them selling Internationally. But this is no excuse to not letting paid customers know what there order status is. This company has been very sneaky in not replying to any of my emails requesting info but are happy to reply when you send an email regarding buying from them (this has now ceased and nothing gets answered).
I do believe they are not taking anymore orders and spending all of their time filling back orders but surely this should of happened months ago.
I have all but given up and can only sit here hopelessly waiting for something that might never come. Bitterly disappointed?..

I have resorted to posting on this forum as it now seems like this is the only way to be in contact with CMK (Which I assume is because the bad review??s are the only thing they care about, as they obviously don??t care about the customers). When I ordered I did some research and I did get the feeling there customer service was not brilliant but I did not realise it was non existent!! I do realise CMK had a massive influx of International orders in the past couple of months and I have heard some rumours that Baby Jogger has intentionally delayed & stuffed up orders to CMK as they are not happy about them selling Internationally. But this is no excuse to not letting paid customers know what there order status is. This company has been very sneaky in not replying to any of my emails requesting info but are happy to reply when you send an email regarding buying from them (this has now ceased and nothing gets answered).
I do believe they are not taking anymore orders and spending all of their time filling back orders but surely this should of happened months ago.
I have all but given up and can only sit here hopelessly waiting for something that might never come. Bitterly disappointed?..

UPDATE - Received an email from Linda acknowledging non delivery of goods telling me to go to my bank for refund, which I did. What a relief. Bought pram from Buggies for babies on ebay, arrived in 4 days from USA.

Do not use this company!! I previously thought that I had undertook a lot of research into the reliability of Country Moose Kids, in regards to purchasing a Baby Jogger City Select stroller (with second seat), but it was to no avail it seems.
The company responded within 12hrs to my questions, but once I ordered I was unable to contact the company ever again! I waited with patience for over 7 weeks for any kind of response to the status of my order and heard absolutely nothing. No responses to numerous emails, numerous voicemail messages and then finally the availability to even leave a voicemail stopped!
Thankfully no monies were removed from my account, so I cancelled the order via email (as I couldn't get hold of them) and then cancelled my credit card!

I ordered my Baby Jogger City Select via Just Kids Store.....notification via PayPal, notification from FedEx for tracking my order and within 8 days (incl. weekend) I know have my stroller and am absolutely thrilled!!

Shame on you Country Moose Kids, your customer service is non-existant!

I ordered the city select back on 6 Jan and had no trouble getting through on email until 17th February and then nothing. I've lodged a dispute with paypal but since it's outside the 45 days they said they can do nothing unless they get a considerable number of people lodging disputes on the same seller. So please if you've bought through paypal, regardless of the time passed lodge a dispute.
I spoke toCMK on the phone this morning and she said they are waiting on frames from baby jogger. It does look like other shops are having trouble stocking baby joggers so this may be the case but I'm scared that we won't get our money back before the baby come to get something else. That's $750 I need for a new pram. Wish I did more research before buying...

Had some significant positive developments with my order today. After 24 days of frustration I managed to get through to Ms Drew from Country Moose Kids. My wife and I had ordered an iCandy and apparently there was confusion whether twin canopies were to be included. Ms Drew assured me this has now been sorted out and my pram should be shipped with tracking to be sent over the next week.
Furthermore, I rang the head office iCandy today in New York to verify Country Moose Kids as a legitimate distributor (as they are not listed as a stockist on the iCandy website) and was told they were, and my order had in fact been received and was on its way to CMK headquarters in Maine.
After finally being able to put a person to the name and having an in-depth conversation with Ms Drew, I have come to understand that the problem at the moment lies with the Baby Jogger supplier. Country Moose Kids has pre-paid for prams but is yet to receive delivery as the prams are on backlog. However, she says she is endeavouring to do all she can to get the missing orders processed. She has been flooded with emails and voice messages each day, beyond capability. I hope that she can rectify the problem she has with Baby Jogger for the many anxious families awaiting their orders and can at least communicate what's going on.

I look forward to writing a positive review once the pram arrives on my doorstep.... will definitely keep you all updated and help you all where I can.

Particularly for overseas orders as we already face an intangible level of trust dealing through an international company we cannot physically reach.

All of these emotive pleas for communication from disheartened consumers on this website have been ignored. From what I've learnt, Ms Drew runs the Country Moose Kids Business from home, with six employees and occasional assistance from her husband Brian who is a mechanic working in York, Maine. She is a mother of five kids, of which the eldest is Dustin, who plans to become a retail manager one day.

I believe Ms Drew is somewhat a geniune person, having served as a US marine and supported numerous charity causes through Country Moose Kids such as donating a train play table to the local library and raising funds for Jossilyn Adams, a young girl suffering from cancer.

I suggest consumers who have not received goods lodge a complaint on the Country Moose Kids profile with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) at http://www.bbb.org/boston/Business-Reviews/gift-shops/country-moose-kids-in-berwick-me-103872/

The BBB can act as a mediator in resolving issues with businesses registered in the United States, and complaints received affect the overall rating of the listed business.

Additionally, if you paid for your purchase with a VISA or MASTERCARD, you may be able to have your money returned under the "goods not received" clause of your credit card. Check with your bank what credit card dispute terms are available, I know with ANZ Bank we can lodge a dispute only between 21 - 60 days after funds were processed.

For those consumers in Australia, I am happy to put together a class action claim with Consumers Affair Australia, who can also negotiate on our behalf with Country Moose Kids and American authorities. If you like, email me at pen4word@hotmail.com with details of your situation and I will put it collectively in a file to be forwarded to Consumer Affairs. While I have slight confidence Ms Drew intends on sending our goods when she receives them from suppliers, her lack of communication and ethics is worrying and bordering on fraud.

Thank you Leigh. For those waiting on backorders for the main product listed in many of the complaints we are working on this. We have several calls to this supplier. We have been told we would receive a call back however until this am we have not. We will be reaching out to them again this am as we have done each day. Please note: We are trying to make all backorders/refunds whole. If you have orders for other products these products are not the issue. As a final note...Please understand we would never have taken your orders had we know this was going to be the situation. We have never operated in this manner nor is it healthy for any business to. I, like a lot of you, ordered the 2011 City select on Jan 27th, expecting shipping would take place within 3 weeks or so. No emails returned and only got through for the fist time on the telephone last night. I had been trying to call every day for a month. I was told ruby was back ordered and the girl on the phone said she didn't even know when stock would be arriving. This morning I lodged a pay pal claim to try and get my money back. I can't wait any longer. To make matters worse, before I ordered the pram i recommended Country Moose Kids to a friend, as all emails up until i had paid had been answered so quickly and I was excited to find such a great deal on international shipping to Australia. She to will either have a struggle to get her money back or it seems be waiting an extrememly long time. Good Luck to all!!!!

Just like everyone else, Country Moose Kids have set out to take money from us with little or no attempt to keep their end of the bargain.
They strung us along by email, saying they could supply until they had our cash.
After that, no communication with them is possible.
To me that amounts to Fraud. Lets see where my complaint to the BBB gets me.
As a minimum, I want what I have paid for, my wife has been land locked with no pram for over 5 weeks now.
What do I expect from a company who rip off young families with newborn kids???????????? I'd rather not say, but if I lived in Maine, I can tell you things would be very different.

Another update, I got my package and was crazy excited until I realised she sent the 2010 seats instead of 2011 I very specifically ordered. I could have got the 2010 on sale but chose to pay extra for 2011. Also the basket was missing which she did respond to on email but haven't recieved a tracking or anything else other than "i'll check with the warehouse"
My phone bill is over the limit so can't call and after 3 days have not heard back about the seats. The few moments when I thought it was over were true bliss but were too quickly swept away. So now I have seats but can't use them as She hasn't told me what is happening with swapping them!

Anyway, She explained it is a family business and they are truly upset by what is happening and are doing their best to get through this issue. They may even buy stock from local retailers just to fill the orders.
She was very polite and helpful and said certain colours are ready before others. She has seperate parts she is putting together for me as I am at the top of the list of orders (Jan 5), I was happy with that and don't need a special box that they come in, I just want to be able to take the kids for a walk :)
Good luck guys and hope they can get through this and keep helping us Aussies who are being ripped off!

I can't go anywhere as it is just too hard with the 3 of them and only 1 in a pram.
Absolute Joke, lucky they are in USA or they would have a very upset customer banging on the door!

To all those of you who paid and got nothing - Call your Credit Card company! I just got my refund from Amex after over 1.5yr!!! I opened a claim with them and submitted all my emails to CMK and that was it.

Totally uunsatisfactory!!!!

Sadly my first experience buying internationally and will be my last.
This website was passed onto me by my sister in law.
I placed an order at the beginning of december,my credit card was charged on the 22nd of dec with the website stating stock due in Jan 1st so after weeks of borrowing a stroller I thought best to chase this order up.As like others NO response to emails....I felt lucky when my first call was answered and told stock was leaving by the end of the week so after another two weeks I called again got lucky someone answered this time I requested to cancel my order it was not a problem as long as shipping hadn't taken place so I thought fair enough again lucky shipping had not been actioned so a refund would be actioned....so 4 weeks on nothing can't get through voicemail box full.
So now i've wasted $940 I have a borrowed stroller which will need to go back as their 2nd baby is due and I need to find the money to buy another!!!
Steve D if by chance you see this would love to hear how you have gone with your pursuit to get a refund.

Lisa, I am sorry we are experiencing some difficulty getting orders in as quickly as they should have been here. We have talked to several customers this week explaining the delays. A few have had their orders shipped with colors available and others with refunds. Please know we are not ignoring anyone and care very much about our customers, their orders and our family business. As the owner I am beside myself that this delay is affecting our business and more so YOU our customer. Our goal is to get through this so everyone is taken care of. Each customer is important to us and has always been. We will go above and beyond to do right by each one as quickly as possible. Emails are a bit behind right now however we are responding to as many as we can each day. We did not expect to have the delay we have and are working to get this issue resolved with the supplier. Items involved in this back order have been sold out on the site while we fill the orders we have. We are pulling all resources we have to take care of the issues we have experienced this season. We ask for anyone willing to wait to do so while we work this out.

Please see email below the email you sent me while we were on the phone (23rd March your time) agreeing that you would not be able to supply my order in time (Order # 3567864 - Ordered online 5th Feb). Although you agreed I was entitled & you were happy to give me a refund you mislead me into believing the process would be quicker if I went thru my bank for a quote "Credit Refund". (As email below states).

My bank have never heard of such a thing and I have had to lodge a DISPUTED TRANSACTION ADVICE with my Visa card company/bank. I have had to provide them with a mountain of paperwork, statutory declaration signed by a Justice of the Peace and I have also printed off a blog page displaying to them that many people are in this very same situation to me. This has been a heaps of work and stress that I just don't need at the moment. While they say I have supplied them with ample proof (including the below email) this is a long winded process possibly taking many many many months. They will need to make contact with you through an international Visa card company collection agency & as you have been so darn hard to contact I am worried this will take FOREVER.

As I discussed with you on the phone I am due to have this baby any day now and do not have the funds to repurchase another pram here in Australia while you still are holding my funds of well over $800 australian dollars!!!!

I would appreciate it if you could add me to the top of your refund list and get this sorted out immediately!!!! ORDER NUMBER 3567864

HAVE A HEART LAURA & do the RIGHT thing! I don't care how nice you are to me on the telephone (after I tried for weeks to contact you to start with & had to sit up tired and heavily pregnant till way after midnight to contact you) Your actions are speaking a hell of a lot louder than your words!!!!!

REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY PLEASE!

Update:

We received our city select today just as Laura promised, and 3 days earlier than Ups tracking. All that waiting now in the past and I have one very happy wife. I hope that this helps you guys in giving you some comfort that it will come.

Good news!

Spoke to staff at CMK about 12.00pm (Aus EDT) and was advised that they are having major issues with the supplier and this is where the delay had been.

We were originally after the ruby coloured stroller but they had none and asked if I would change colour, which we happily did, and she stated that I will receive a UPS email with a tracking and I will be able to track the item once it arrives at the UPS depot. About an hour after the phone call I received the email stating an ETD as 28/3/11. So therefore looks like all is good.

When speaking with the woman she stated that the issues that CMK were facing were out of the control of them and were starting to have a negative effect on the normally sucessful business as the earlier reviews would state.

My advice to her was to keep everyone informed, answer emails and phone calls, and tell everyone what the problem is as most will be understanding, as I was.

Hope this helps you guys and gives you faith that everything should be ok.

Hi Guys,

Clearly a lot of us have a problem with 2011 stroller orders from CMK. I ordered my stroller in mid-Jan 2011 and like the rest of you have not received a stroller or communication from CMK (email/phone call) as to why not since.

That was until today. I managed to get through via phone and was told the delay with the stroller is that my order was for black and they only received sufficient white, red and amythest to meet orders thus far. I then volunteered to take the order in amythest instead (not going to be fussy about colour at this point) and was told that if I was happy with that selection they could ship the order tomorrow.

Fingers crossed!

What I would like to suggest is that we all keep each other updated as to progress with these orders. Given it can be hard to contact these guys it may help to hear that others have started to receive their strollers...put other mum's minds at ease...dunno?

On that basis I'll come back and post again in about a week. Hopefully that will be with the happy news that the order has arived along with my now overdue son!

Hi All

We have Received our pram today, Sydney, Australia, Northern Beaches... so don't lose hope, just keep at it.

I did speak to the owner, she did apologise, they are having serious issues with the 'Manufacturer', as they do not want CMK to send these items internationally, as it impacts on local aussie stores. But she is working hard to resolve all the back orders.

Note, we have received our UPS confirmation, and my wife and I can see our order has been collected by UPS and is in transit. We ordered our items in December. So I hope this helps somewhat, don't panic just don't give up or let up. Ant

Has anyone got their money back??? i tried paypal aswell but it has been over 45 days and they will not refund my money and the bank says my only option is paypal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i can not believe they can do this - now i can not afford a new pram! i just wasted $550!!! so dissapointed and depressed - what else are people trying to get their money???

This company has the worst customer service! I ordered the Baby Jogger City Select on the 28th Jan 2011 and I haven't received it yet. I have not been able to contact CMK since they took my money, they don't reply to emails and their voice mail is always full. I have now put in a claim dispute with Paypal to try get my money back. It's not worth the stress.... do not buy anything from this company!!!

I have been trying to contact CMK by phone and I have sent an e-mail requesting a refund for my order. I'd had enough of been stuck at home with a baby and a toddler so I bought this pram from somewhere else. It was delivered 6 days later. My toddler and I are both very happy now that we can go out again. I am still extremely unhappy and angry with CMK though. I want a full refund for my purchase. CMK is you are reading this I want a refund for order number 3569977.

An update from my message below - My phone call was finally answered yesterday. She said that they have no black in stock which is holding up my order and that they might be able to get amethyst soon. I don't care what colour it is anymore. My single pram has broken and I now have a baby and a toddler to carry everywhere when I go out (which isn't very often because I don't have a pram).

As someone else has already mentioned, she said that the supplier will not supply her with prams because they don't want them shipped to Australia. She should have found this out before selling to Australia. What makes me really angry is the lack of communication. She stated that it breaks her heart to see such negative feedback. Some communication would stop a lot of this negative feedback. It's not that difficult put something on the website explaining what is happening. And an e-mail sent to everyone would be nice to. I can't believe that a company could have such bad customer service.

Before speaking to CMK yesterday I had already reported this business to the Better Business Bureau, the National Consumer League's Fraud Centre, and the Internet Crime Complaint Centre. Leigh, I will send you an e-mail.

I have tried to call but the phone is never answered and the voicemail box is constantly full. Do not buy from this company.
