I am extremely pleased with my permanent eyeliner. I had given up on wearing eye cosmetics due to allergies, but I've had no trouble with the permanent application. Debbie Beller is outstanding--very meticulous and scrupulously hygienic. The result is extremely natural and exactly what I wanted.
