Charm City Tattoo

I just got another tattoo done by Jacki - This time it was a portrait - she did an awesome job on helping select a pose that will stand the test of time - I am Extremely happy with the results - she also did a touch up of my first tattoo which was a tribute to Guns n Roses. Both jobs were well done in a clean environment. I would recommend Jacki to anyone thinking about getting their first or anyone coming to add to their already existing pieces of work. Well done Jacki - look forward to seeing you again soon

We are happy we found this shop thru the web. Our tattoos are beautiful and a great deal. This is a real artist who goes the extra mile. Cool website and highly recommended shop.

This was really pleasant. It's a blessing to be able to speak to a real pro. I didn't have to worry about safety issues, or quality of art. The is work is just beautiful and healed perfectly. I would highly recommend calling first for availability and checking mapquest for directions. I'll be back!

One of the best tattoo artist I have met. Thanks Jacki. She has a super Clean shop. First rate. She is intelligent, and articulate, inks excellent, excellent work. I have always enjoyed her company, very likeable. Professional, and first rate. I only let her work on me now. No one else compares. She cares about what she does, and makes it fun.

Charm City Tattoo is a great place to get work done, and has super prices for the quality of work being done. Jacki is a great artist, competent, experienced, thorough and very receptive to your vision of what you want the tattoo to be. Everywhere I go people tell me how great the tattoo looks, with rich colors and interesting content. Jacki a great spirit and a lot of fun, the conversation is great and the time will fly!
I predict this shop will grow in reputation and renown quickly, get in while you still can.
O yeah, get a slice of pizza from BlackJack around the corner while you're at it!

I just got my tattoo done today by Jackie and she's the most artistic tattoo artist I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Her place is small and out of the way, but it's very clean. Her work is outstanding and she's a great person on top of all that. I would recommend anyone who wants an awesome, one of a kind tattoo to check her out. Definitely on of Charm City's finest!

I wanted to express my appreciation to Jacki Randall owner of Charm City Tattoo located at 300 South Monroe Street in West Baltimore. I am 1/3 owner of Charm City Choppers located in East Baltimore county. My partners and myself have been wanting to get our company logo tattooed on our forearms for months. I did some research and found Charm City Tattoo's website. I thought to myself that it must be fate for us to have our tattoos done at Charm City Tattoo just because of the name. I called Jacki on the phone Saturday April 14, 2007 in the afternoon to see if she was willing to have us come over and do our tattoos for us. She was very pleasant and said that she didn't think that would be a problem. I called Jacki later that evening and we went to her shop and discussed our wishes for the tattoos. Within a hour she had taken our design and copied it perfectly. I was the first to go and when she started I noticed how nice her touch was and she continued throughout the entire tattoo with the same touch. I have to admit that Jacki has without a doubt one of the cleanest tattoo shops that I have ever been exposed to. She is very knowledgeable and wants nothing but the customer to be happy with their new piece. In closing I would just like to say that I would recommend anyone wanting to get a new tattoo or their first tattoo done at Charm City Tattoo. I love my new addition and I know that I'll be back for more. 100 % Satisfied. CHARM CITY TATTOO ROCKS!!!!!!

Long on talent, short on attitude.
This artist is way pre-trendy. Admired her work years ago (hope shes ok with that. Very un-pretentious non-judgemental. Extremely clean and safe. No worries.
Baltimore needs her!

After much searching, I was referred to this shop by trusted friends. I checked out her website, which was fun in itself, and tho the shop's not that easy to find, it's definitely worth the search. I've been around, and THIS is the place.
