Their finished product was beautiful, just as they promised and we envisioned! HOWEVER their customer service was poor. It took 3 days of e-mails and eventually assertive phone conversations to get them to come back and finish their clean up. It appeared our job was too small and unimportant to attend to details both in the planning and follow-up. Conversations were less than professional. Despite our satisfaction with the actual decorating we will not do business with them again.
