My son attended The Growing Place for two years. He completed the preschool and kinder stages programs. I can honestly say he loved that school! Not only was the curriculum interesting for him, the teachers were excellent too.

High energy and very helpful, the teachers make sure your child will never feel left out or out of place. Staying for 15 minutes during one of the classes, I purposely wanted to see if this school was right for my child by watching him "in action". I stood there with a smile on my face watching him interact with the teachers and students. He was so comfortable. I had no doubt my wife and I made the right choice.

If you're on the fence about choosing a preschool for your child. Give this one a chance. Not only do they teach "the basics" a preschooler/ pre-kindergartner will learn at those levels, but they teach them to be little independent thinkers and draw their own conclusions when faced with different situations. By getting the "gears turning" at such a young age, I can say from direct experience, my son learned a lot about himself too. He gained confidence and a sense of accomplishment that I feel is owed directly to the way he was taught and mentored during the years he spent there.

Every school will say they have the best intentions for your child. Ultimately it will be your choice which school your child will attend. This school has delivered for us and we love it. Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed!

I have to say that my kid of 4 years old also didn`t learn anything in this school. Full day I thouhgt will be for my child good star to prepare for kindergarten , but it`s not even close . It `s just waste of good amount of money and time. The `Theachers` that they hire are some grandmoms or a tinage girl. I`m very suspicious about their qualifications , and paying attention on them.

Out of all the preschools we toured this was the one I liked the best as far as environment. The staff was also very warm and friendly. Now we moved and my daughter never transitioned well from her old school to this one. I also never felt she learned very much. She was however always having fun when I came to get her. We eventually pulled her because of the economy and I would of probably had her finish off the year. Since being at home I have taught her so much more and she attends Apples to Zebra through City of Chandler for the social interaction. So for us I felt it was not the best fit.

As an early childhood specialist I see this school as exemplary. This school closely follows standards set forth by the National Association for the Education of Young Children. The school's atmosphere is warm and homey. The staff balances developmentally appropriate practice with academic challenges seamlessly. I highly recommend this program and I am very excited to see growth with the full-day program.

This school is wonderful! We toured other preschools but this one is by far the best! The children are treated warmly by the staff and you call tell everyone there loves children and loves what they are doing. I would highly recommend this preschool.

My daughter has been attending Growing Place preschool for nearly two years. My soft-spoken girl is very comfortable there and is excited to go each day. Last year, she had Ms. Jena, who was AMAZING - she truly loves the kids, and is so enthusiastic about teaching. This year she has Ms. Patti and Ms. Missy - they are a wonderful team and together go beyond my expectations. My daughter is always warmly welcomed each morning, and after I pick her up she is so excited to tell me everything she did - and they do a lot! The preschool is beautiful, very clean, and very organized. They spend a great deal of effort on their curriculum and their discipline is very positive. This past school year they added a room for full day children, which brought an addition of a playground, as well. Luckily, the half day kids get to play in it too. The school often has field trips and class parties for family inclusion. This school is small, personal and very accommodating ... we love it!

The teacher that my child has, Miss Jena is awesome! She has so much energy and you can tell that she really cares about the kids. They have family field trips, lots of great art projects, math concepts, reading etc. The price is very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend this school.

I also attended the open house and signed up that day as well. My daughter will start in August and we are very excited. I really liked the concept of one open room as opposed to separate classrooms as we had seen in other preschools that we checked. The two day a week half day program which we signed up for was very reasonable compared to what else is out there.

There was an advertisement for an open house at a new preschool in the Gilbert area. We decided to check it out and were very pleased with what we saw. The staff was very friendly and the prices for the half day sessions seemed very reasonable. We signed my daughter up during the open house and she really enjoys herself.

The preschool itself is different from others I have seen before, in that it is located in a strip mall and is one big open room when you walk in the front door. There are several different "stations/centers" set up and they are divided by short bookshelfs so you can see everything that is going on. Some of the stations include: Writing Center, Library, Arts & Crafts, Building Blocks, Puzzles, Dress-Up, Playground equipment (indoors), etc.

We also liked that the classes were multi-age (included children ages 3-5) so our daughter could interact with kids not only her age but older as well.
