Mid-Cities Service Center

I have used Mid Cities Service Center since 2003, with 3 different cars. The first time was a 1988 Camry, on which the water pump had gone out. It had sat at the airport for 10 days and by the time I realized that something was wrong (a thermostat only registers hot if there is water in the system), I had warped the block. I was trying to figure out options to fix it and keep the car but they wouldn't take my money, considering the age and mileage of the car and the amount I'd have to spend to fix it. They are the most honest and dependable folks I have ever dealt with and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. It's scarier to find someone new to work on your car than it is to find a new doctor or dentist. Thank goodness I don't have to worry about that.

I have been using Mid-Cities since 2005 and I won't take my vehicles anyplace else. They have worked on four vehicles (3 fords and a toyota) and have consistently delivered on quality of work and price. You will receive a level of service here which is becoming more and more rare. With no family in the area to rely on, they treated me with honesty and fairness in every transaction and got the work done fast. I don't even live in Euless anymore, but won't go anywhere else.

The best services center in Texas.... I have always had a fear of services centers, because lets face it they will take you for all you have. This facility is different they go beyound customer service to help you with your repairs on your vehicle. This is the only service center i will ever take any of my vehicles. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs anything done to there vehilcles.

Thanks to Bob Parra for taking the time to check out my granddaughters auto air conditioner that wasn't working on 6-26-09....one of the hottest days of the summer. Bob went above and beyond and managed to get the air working. Thanks again.

Its hard to find a place like this , I have used it for some time now and are just thrilled to do buisness with them, the owner Bob Parra is first class in customer service, I feel they do all they can to make sure you have the right service and always go that extra mile to check for warranties that we don,t even know about.

i only own ford trucks! mid-cities mechanics know fords! would not trust anyone else. i own 4 fords they take care of them professionally.they are highly trained&skilled at auto repairs
