.

This is quite simply the most horrible lot in all of Los Angeles. I left my brand new car in one of their lots in the city, and left for 30 minutes, upon returning to my brand new car, my bumper was damaged, dented and scratched.

I inform the parking attendant, of course there is only one, and he does not understand a word of what I say. He calls a second attendant, who feigns interest and says that there is something that can be done because I did not leave the lot, and he takes pictures with his cell phone. He hands me the business card of the manager and says to call him. For my own good, I had my friends take pictures of the damage of the car still parked in the lot; the second attendant said this would help me.

I must have called about 50 times and no return phone call, I had to call him myself this morning. He says there is nothing that can be done and to file a claim form, which by the way he still has not faxed me. If there is truly nothing that can be done, then why go through all the motions to say that there is. I feel cheated and misled by this company, and it cost me my time and now my money.

In summary, this lot will take your money and not care about your car at all. No one will care the least bit. No cameras, no surveillance, no service, nothing, just one guy taking in the money. I have already filed with the Better Business Bureau. I do not know what will be the result with the complaint, but I do want people to be informed of this bad business.
