Purchase experience was ok but when it came to handle a GAP cancellation, their accounting department was pretty useless, huge lack of customer service, not following up, did not return calls when asked to, provided wrong information and a total lack of adherence to the written agreement.
They will not follow thru the original contract agreement no matter what. Im glad I cancelled the GAP insurance and didnt have to use it. Otherwise, I am very confident that it was not going to be honored just like Legacy is not honoring what is in a written contract.
I will not buy a vehicle from this place and I will continue to deter anyone and everyone that I know from buying from Legacy Ford. Even after buying two vehicles from here, I am very disappointed that they did not honor the written agreement. Legal consequences are merited but I am not going to waste my time with this place.

Terrible customer service! I got in contact with a salesman on a Tuesday that informed me that he would get back with me the next day because the banks were already closed. Waited all day Wednesday (cancelled my plans incase he called and I was approved) and he never called. I called and he informed me that it would take at least a day to get an answer from the bank. So no call Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. Friday around noon I couldn't wait any longer so I emailed him, simply asking if he would be getting in touch with me today. He replied "theres nothing I can do for you. Finance is working on it. I was pretty upset after waiting over three days that he would tell me there was nothing he could do. I simply wanted to know if i should have YET AGAIN cancelled my plans to wait on a phone call. I then called the manager and told him about the incident. He was completely rude as well, telling me that "banks take time." He said he was going to go check with his finance department and PERSONALLY call me back to let me know within the hour. Well, that was three days ago and I have yet to receive a phone call. So the same day, Friday, I found a vehicle similar to the one I was interested in, at Baytown Ford. And Saturday, I was the proud owner of a new F150! THANK YOU BAYTOWN FORD, AND SCREW YOU LEGACY FORD!

This dealership never registered my Motortrend Warranty for the car that I purchased from them; therefore, I was charged twice for the same work, and they refused to refund 1/2 the money.

I just purchased a 2011 F150 Platinum and just loved how I was treated. I have been a customer for 4 years now. I was introduced to Legacy from State Farm insurance company to have my 2005 Lexus SC 430 repaired at collision center after someone had rear ended my car :(..... They repaired it back to the original condition and i was so pleased that I have had my entire family bring all their vehicles to have all type of service and repairs done. Thank you!

My husband and I have purchased 3 vehicles from Legacy but this is the first time we had to use the service department. Thier lack of customer service is beyond belief. We were told to be at dealership at 7am and the service required would take half a day. It's almost 3pm and they still have not even touched my vehicle.

I brought my 1999 F-250 Diesel 4 x 4 in to Legacy Ford in Rosenberg, Texas to have my front end repaired. Brakes, Upper & Lower Ball Joints, tie rods, etc. After a few thousand miles the truck was still pulling to the right so I brought it back in to get the front end aligned once again thinking I must have hit a pot hole or something and knocked it out of line. To my surprise a different mechanic said that I would have to have new ball joints and tie rods put in before they could aligned it. I did not understand why, because I just had them done a few months ago. I did not believe what the mechanic was saying so I went to Helfman Ford in Stafford Texas and they said the same thing that I did indeed need new ball joints and tie rods replaced. When I told them that I just had them replaced a few months earlier. They told me that someone was lying to me at Legacy Ford because they showed me that the original ball joints were still in the truck along with the original tie rods! Legacy never installed the parts they said they had and lied to me and ripped me off. Stay away - This place is a Sham House! Ford seriously need to investigate them. I always thought they were doing this to me many times before but this time I can prove it! Go to Helfman Ford or the dealer in Ford dealer in Wharton.

Okay group when I was purchasing my car, but I was disappointed in the service department when I had a problem. They were able to fix it and then it happened again. When I took it back, they were unable to detect it. They said to come back "when it gets worse". I still have the problem and it has not been fixed.

I Purchased a Cadillac Escalade and had nothing but problems in dealing with the service department. Don't even try calling the finance department, they don't return phone calls. They sold me the extended warranty as I was told the warranty that came with the Vehicle 3yrs/36000 miles, when in fact it is 4 years/50,000 miles. I cancelled the warranty in July 2007. I bought the vehicle in June 2007. To date Feb. 2008, I still don't have by $2000.00 refund. I call the dealership and no one will return my calls. I've since sold the vehicle because of all the problems I had and had to call the Gap insurance, etc. to cancel and hopefully get a refund. This should have been handled by the dealership, but they DON'T return phone calls. I could go on with stories about the service department, but I think you get my drift. I have since purchased a vehicle from David Taylor Cadillac and am completely satisfied.

Why yes they are. When the previous owners "sold out" to the big city dealer, they did a great disservice to this small town dealership. I took my Ford SUV in for a/c maintenance, they took my a/c components out and explained to me what was wrong. I paid the service fee, and took it home to work on it myself. Little did I know THEY DIDN'T PUT ALL THE PARTS BACK IN BEFORE THEY GAVE ME MY VEHICLE BACK. I had to pay full price for someone else to fix my a/c. Put back missing parts, etc... If LEGACY Ford SERVICE DEPARTMENT is this careless while repairing an a/c... I can only say I would NEVER ask them to replace or repair my brake system!!!!!! Totally disappointing considering this is the nearest Ford dealer outside of Houston. Kinda makes a Ford girl want a foreign car!!!
