I LOVE this office. Dr. Ford is a walking, talking dermatology textbook... This man knows his stuff... He is short on bedside manner. But the fact that he is a GREAT doctor and his staff is AWESOME more than makes up for it. I did not have insurance and his office manager was so kind a caring.. she worked out a payment plan for me at once.. LOVE these guys!! GREAT office

It took forever to be seen by Dr. Fox. He just came and checked the moles that I am (still) concerned about for 2 seconds, said that he can remove them and left to not come back. I had some questions and got not answers because he did not come back. Instead, the nurse stayed with me to answer my questions... she did not know anything, of course! The only thing she knew was the list of prices for the services. I left the office as I never went (but I had to pay, of course). I do NOT recommend this place and I will never go back.

My primary physician knew Michael Ford socially and referred me to him for a suspicious spot. The primary physician later indicated that he had not referred many patients to him. It was just that Dermatology Associates---the main dermatology group in town had a long waiting list. Ford's office made an appt for me quickly.

When I showed up, I told the receptionist I wanted an all over inspection with particular attention to the spot in question. Ford said the spot was not what my doctor thought it was and was fine. But he could take it off if I wanted. Then and there he went into surgery mode and cut it off. 12 minutes from the starting gate his hiney is out of the room. I never got my all over inspection. But I did get a bill for almost $600 for his 12 minutes of work. I complained not only to Blue Cross Blue Shield for approving the payment (which they did not have to pay because I had not met my deductible) and then I complained to Ford's office. They blew me off and could not have cared less that I thought the charge was outrageous. So I paid the bill never to set foot in his bank again.
