This is by far the best massage I have had in all Houston. I ve been to places such as massage envy, heights massage, heights spa on 19st. as well as many others. this place has such a relaxing atmosphere and really leaves you truly relaxed.

Pros: inviting, relaxing, awesome service, and great people.

I am a professional Ice Skating Coach and I have been going to Dr. Roland since this summer and he has helped out tremendously with keeping my alignment while I have been getting my own skating back to par. He is very gentle and the treatments are wonderful. I have been looking for a great Chiropractor in Houston for awhile and I have found him. Everyone here at this resort is very nice and anyone would love the service here.

Me and my honey finally had time to be together without the kids. I decided to surprise him with a romantic getaway at a couple's spa.

After surfing the net, I came across The Petite Retreat. We enjoyed a lavendar aromatherapy bath with chapagne and strawberries and then was led into our suite where we had incredible massages, facials, and reflexology foot treatments. We were the only ones there and were totally catered to in every way. We did not want to leave!

Oh, after our massages we had chiropractic adjustment out of this world. We left feeling one inch taller feeling like we were floating on a cloud! Thanks Dr Nadeau and thanks to all the staff for helping to create wonderful memories!

I have been to many therapists and have had a ton of adjustments in my life, but the folks here are by far superior to anything I have experienced.

Quaity of care chocolate covered strwaberries attention to detail superb massage healing touch gifted staff great for new love and rekindling romance. I'm shocked to see a negative review. Any couple looking for a secluded 5 star hideaway. This beautiful spa is highly recommended. Receive chiropractic and from on of the most skilled dc's in Texas and massage from one of the sensitive massage therapists I've ever had the experince of relaxing with.

My husband decided to surprise me on my birthday with a VIP upstairs treatment with included a massage. The room upstairs was someones bedroom. There were used lotion bottles in the bathroom, hair products in the shower, pics of ultrasounds and personal ones with kids in them on the shelf. The balcony that on the webiste claims to be relaxing is overlooking backyards and has rusted furniture. To top it all of behind a velvet curtain in the "VIP" room was a mattress with mangled sheets, beer cans, ice cream bowls and other filfth all over the floor. I have pictures. The owner did admit someone has been taking residence there! So our $160 treatment paid for someones bedroom. The health department should be notified. My husband and I were so disgusted and felt so mislead we left about 10 min into arriving there. I have since asked for a refund via email and have not so much received a phone call back or an email. NO communcation. NO services were rendered--so this place stole $160 of our hard earned money. I will be taking other steps to redeem the money owed to me. DO NOT waste your time or money in this place. They are not what they claim.

Crysti and Shannon took excellent care of me and my wife as I suprised her with a couples massage and bath at The Petite Retreat. First, Crysti and Shannon were able to accommodate our tight schedule and I understand that doesn't always happen but we really appreciated them working us in at the last minute for the perfect ending to our 12th anniversary weekend. They had a bath drawn for us and the water temperature and privacy was perfect, they left us alone for 30 minutes then we returned to the dimly lit massage room where we received a complete one hour massage next to each other. We both like deep pressure massage and both therapists delivered. We are looking forward to our next visit where we hope to take advantage of the new VIP treatment upstairs with the larger private jacuzzi and balcony. I visited The Petite Retreat during my lunch hour on a Monday. The whole experience was perfect- Crysti, the owner was an angel...my therapist was awesome. I asked for deep tissue, and despite her small stature, she delivered a phenomenal massage. I highly recommend this location for every worn out executive who needs a little TLC.

It was a Birthday Surprise for my boyfriend and he said it was "THE BEST BIRTHDAY EVER"!!!!! Need I say MORE. We did the bath (with a bottle of wine and chocolate covered strawberries) :o)!!!!! We did the couples massage and the instructional massage for him.................WOW!!!!! It was GREAT!!!!!!!!

We have done couples massages before BUT NEVER in this setting, it was almost out of a movie.
TRUST ME when I say it is a GREAT ESCAPE!!!!!

I booked a couple's massage and aromatherapy bath for our anniversary. It was my boyfriend's first massage so he was initally somewhat hesitant. However, Crysti was so sweet and friendly, he was quickly put at ease. The bath was wonderful and romantic. I brought a bottle of champagne which she poured for us and then left the bottle on ice for us with our bath. Once we began the massages I knew for sure that I had made an excellent choice! The atmosphere was fantastic and the massages were excellent. By the end my man was so relaxed and surprised at what a difference the massage had made and I received one of the best massages I've ever had.
I know we will be back for sure!

Both or our children were are summer camp, so I thought why not do something romantic for just the two of us (since we were kid free!)

So, I googled Couple's Massage Houston and came across The Petite Retreat. When I called, I got the voicemail which stated that they were giving their guests their undivided attention so please leave a message... I already liked the sound of that.

When the owner called me back, I asked her what she recommended for us. You see, I travel a lot for my job, and having 2 children my husband and I had little time to spend together. I decided to book "The Affair to Remember" Package which consisted of a couple's massage, facial, and Japanese foot reflexology treatment. I even upgraded to begin with a lavender infused aromatherapy bath for two.

The treatments were awesome. We both absolutely loved it. And our time in the bath was so relaxing (I brought a bottle of champagne and the owner put it on ice for us so we could enjoy it during our bath)

The therapists are highly skilled here and very professional. And the location? One of the most unique places we have ever been to in Houston.

Our bath was in a room which felt like it belonged in a Lodge in the mountains of Colorado. We felt like we were on vacation!

And we left feeling like we had just spent a week on the beach!

Thank you guys, we really needed that time for just us. You were all fantastic. Next time I think we will try the Instructional Massage Session so we can learn to massage each other!

Awesome, Incredible, The absolute best spa day ever? - Tabitha? - Today
I booked the Affair to Remember Package with the upgraded Japanese foot treatment and aromatherapy bath for two. My wife and I were celebrating out tenth anniversary and I really wanted something special.

The owner had a glass of wine waiting for us, which we enjoyed during our bath. What a beautiful bath, I must say. It felt like we were in our own private resort.

We then were escorted to our suite where we enjoyed our massage and foot treatment. She scattered rose petals on the table and the room was completely candle lit. We had a very romantic and relaxing massage. Both of our massages were the best we had ever had.

Thank you Crysti for a wonderful time. We will never forget it. You have a very professional staff that gives wonderful treatments. The aromatherapy was especially nice.

5 stars to you and your staff. We will definately be back.

I've had 100+ massages in my life and Crysti at Petit Retreat is in the top 10% (for sure). She particularly excels at deep tissue and has fast working strong hands. I highly recommend.

I had an idea to surprise my husband for our 4th anniversary and I thought, what about a couple's massage! I found The Petite Retreat.

We arrived and brought our own bottle of wine which the owner poured for us and served us a plate of fruit. We sipped on our wine while having an aromatherapy bath before our massage. I think it was lavender, not sure, but it smelled incredible. My husband loved it. We changed into robes and slippers and was escorted into out massage room.

It was beautifully candle lit and there were rose petals scattered on the sheets! We both enjoyed excellent massages. The therapists made us feel at ease and we left feeling amazing.

We will never forget our 4th anniversary! The location is beautiful - it is like a small resort. What a find! Excellent service.

I had an awesome Valentine's day gift idea: couple's spa! Unfortunately, the idea came to me about a week before Valentine's weekend and I called around franticly only to find everything was booked for the next two weekends. I saw a few reviews of this place by searching "couple's spa Houston" on Google. The voicemail informed me that to ensure the privacy of the patrons, they don't take calls during a session and will call back. I liked how that sounded already. I left a message but didn't really expect anyone to call and practically gave up on the idea. An hour later, my prayers were answered when she said they had a spot available on the Saturday following Valentine's Day.

The name of this establishment describes the setting perfectly.

This place wasn't too hard to find; yet, one would never expect to find such a charming and serene little place tucked away in back corner of the Montrose neighborhood. We walked up the front door, unsure if we have arrived at the right place, until a small, discreet sign reaffirmed us. We were warmly greeted by our masseuses, the aromatic scent of massage oil, and the coziness of the spa itself. We sat down a little bit as introductions and instructions were made, paperworks were filled out, and then we were quickly swept away to our retreat from realty for the next 3 hours.

The 3 hours felt like a blissful eternity. My boyfriend and I were all alone, except for the 2 masseuses and the esthetician who performed our facials. I felt like royalty. We were treated to 1 hour of massage, 1 hour of facials, and 1 hour of Japanese foot treatment. The masseuses were excellent.

The services were most excellent and the staff was very professional and responsive. I loved the privacy, the place is incredibly cute, and I thought the whole experience was exceptional. My boyfriend and I will definitely return, either separately or together! If you're looking for a getaway without leaving town, this is it.

This is a great, quiet, peaceful location. I had a deep tissue massage from Crysti and she was wonderful. She gave me a thorough initial consultation, took notes about my needs for the massage, and DELIVERED!!! I was so pleased. It is somewhat difficult to find a female massage therapist who really knows their deep tissue techiniques. I will never stray! I already purchased a few gift certificates for my friends (they are fellow stressed out corporate executives--haha!)

I was surfing couple's massage on Google and accidently found this place. I am so glad!

My Husband and I had our first couple's massage and It was AMAZING.

The therapists were awesome. The spa is cozy and beautifully decorated. We arrived and got to lounge for a bit in front of the fireplace, sipped on some champagne, and then was escorted to our treatment room where there were strawberries and cookies for us to enjoy! Talk about attention to detail. This place is 5 star, all the way.

Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful memory on our third anniversary!
