I got a stupid virus on my laptop and needed some help.I shopped around,both price and presentation over the phone. I found ABCD Computers to be my best pick.They told me my options in a worst case scenario,price and time.I felt safe that I was talking to someone who knew what they were talking about.During the removal of the virus I was kept updated by phone and got the news that it was not a worst case scenario,but it would take some time to remove.The next day they even came to my home and hand-delivered it...There are a lot of options out there,but for me,I found my Computer repair-guy and I'm sticking with him.Thanks Pete,hope I can send some business your way..

Excellent work. Courteous, efficient and very helpful. Pete's a true professional and I recommend anyone to call ABCD for your computer repairs. He offers phone support and delivery service. Cant beat that!

Pete is the man!! I was in Las Vegas for business and my laptop screen died. I called Pete for advise. He located a replacement screen and picked up my laptop for repair in less than an hour. He replaced the screen and hand delivered it, in great working order, later that day. He also defragmented my computer at no additional charge!! Service doesn't get any better than that!!

I'm sorry to say that we did not have a good experience, at all, with ABCD Computers. We thought the issue had been resolved after our home visit but we came to find out that after paying approximately $125.00 for the service, that there was no change in the way the computer was running, in the days to follow. After contacting the company about this, asking them to right the situation, we are now being asked to pay more money on top of what we already did. Not going to happen...

We are taking our business elsewhere.

I found ABCD Computers on an internet search. I'm glad I did. I called Pete, took my computer to him that same afternoon and he fixed it while I was waiting. He was great! What he charged me was so reasonable that I couldn't believe it. I would highly recommend him. Fast, quick, efficient and fair in price.

I found ABCD via Yahoo search on Internet. Called ABCD. Pete answered immediately and within an hour and a half of picking up my laptop, he had cleaned my laptop of the antivirus software virus and returned it. Very pleased with results. Thanks again.

Great help over the phone. I called to get a quote about tuneing up my PC and spoke with Pete. He advised me that It might be better just to get a new machine. He took his time and explained a lot of good info to me. Thanks.

Friendly, trustworthy and professional... I had Pete sync, clean up and copy files on all three computers at once in one hour! He even taught me how to do it myself next time! I highly recommend Pete for all of your computer needs. He's quick and efficient and even upgraded my anti virus and installed a larger memory at a really good price. I would highly recommend ABCD Computers and would use him again...

Was having trouble getting my laptop to connect with my wireless home network. Pete was prompt, arrived on time and was methodical in arriving at and solving the problem. Did it an hour.

I had a computer pass away. Even though the computer died, the surgeons were great. Pete is a very personable, knowledgeable computer expert that will answer all questions so even a lay person can understand. After all, who doesn't understand dead???....LOL!!!
He will call you when he says and give you great advice. His rates are the best in town, even better then the Geek Squad. If you have a computer problem, you won't if you call Pete. Don't think twice!!!

Had a 20 GB hard drive in my dell latitude lap top that was full and bought a 60 GB upgrade. I needed an image burned of the original hard drive burned and placed on new hard drive. Called all over town and most placed couldn't do it or wanted a ridiculous amount of time to complete. Called Pete at ABCD Computers Inc. and he picked up the drives at my house that afternoon, did the job, and returned drives finished 2 hours later. I am thrilled, he did an excellent job quickly and efficiently and he saved me a lot of time and messing around. Excellent customer service in a day and age when it is tough to find such a thing! He showed me some extra tricks to make my machine run better and the price was very reasonable. I will recommend them to everyone I know struggling with computer issues!

My experience with ABCD Computers was OUTSTANDING !!!! I was having a problem getting on line (accessing the Internet,etc.) for several things. I called ABCD Computers Tues. morning at 11:15am and Pete(the owner) was at my door step at 12:15. in less than an 15min. I was up and running. I explained to Pete my computer had started running slow, Pete got started !!! NOW my computer is LIGHTING FAST !!! Pete met all my expect ions and then some. Besides being a super nice guy and very friendly and easy to talk to he is a PROFESSIONAL!! He also specializes in custom computer building for any personal needs. His prices for service was very reasonable for every thing he did in just 1-1/2hrs.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ABCD COMPUTERS FOR ANY BODIES PERSONAL HOME COMPUTER NEEDS OR BUSINESS !!!!

ABCD did a wonderful, speedy job recovering my photo's. It took less than four hours! It was 6 months of family photo's and it was very special to us. Pete was awesome, polite and quick! I would highly recommend ABCD computers.

This was a great company to deal with. I called on a Friday afternoon and got my laptop in on the same day, it was fixed and ready to go the next day (Saturday at noon). The fast turn around was impressive and Peter was very responsive and willing to help with any questions I had regarding software and other general questions I had. Pete came out because my AOL was not working and computer was running slow. ABCD Computers saved my data,pictures,music and important data and reinstalled windows and had the computer backup to me in one day. I highly recommened ABCD Computers to all.

For my two laptops, I had Pete set up a wireless network for all computers and he did an excellent job. He was most helpful with getting everything to work including returning several times to help me get going correctly. Again today he put me back on line when I inadvertently restored this computer. I recommend him highly for his kindness and quick service.

I took my labtop to ABC Computer because it would not charge the battery after buying a new battery and adapter. Our computer went dead, we called ABCD, immediate service within 30 minutes, fixed the problem within 2 hours. Friendly, knowledgable and willing to transfer his knowledge. Great explanations on what he was doing plus what possibly could have gone wrong. Had necessary software and equipment available on site.

ABCD Computers built a new computer for me one and half years ago. I have not had any problems so far. Great job Pete. If i should need other new computer i would buy from ABCD Computers again. Also he has been there always when i needed a question answered. He recommend the yearly maintenance and clean up. My computer always runs better afterwards.

Pete has been assisting me with my computer for about three (3)years. My knowledge of computers is not at the 'high end" so I need someone I can call and who has the answer. Whenever help is needed by telephone or at home service, I can truly depend on him responding. A satisfied customer!
