Finesse Nails and Spa

I have gone their for years and always walk away satisfied. I broke a nail 3 days after getting them and went back to "pay" to get it fixed and they did for free. Not only are they polite but sanitary as well. I would recommend to everyone! I travel about 30minutes to go to this salon as well.

A few of the girls do nails like they just got out of school. My full set of "expensive" pink and whites popped right off within 2 days. Every single one of them, just popped off like press-ons. 1 of the girls that has been there longer does a great job. I made an appt w/ her and traveled 30 min out of my way to have mine done. When I arrived "on time" for my appt she had just started doing someone else's nails. I told her I was willing to wait. So she finished, then went to the back to wax someone else's eyebrows just to later tell me that they were closing soon and had someone else do my nails. I could have saved my 30 min drive, gas, and 40 min wait time and gone near my home if somone else was going to do them anyways.

Everytime I find a nail place I like, something happens and I have to find a new place. My last experience made me never go back!! The same girl always did my nails even though I had no preference and don't consider myself high maintenance. I went in 25 minutes before closing and SHE TURNED ME AWAY!! I've seen people walk in 5 minutes before closing and get a full set so I was BEYOND PISSED and couldn't believe she did that to me. I always gave her $5 tip :(

I've live in San Diego for more then 15 years and have gone to so many places to get my mani/pedi done. I finally found a salon that I treat their customers like royalty. Highly recommended to everyone.
