Madison Remodeling and Resurfacing

I chose Madison Remodeling and Resurfacing to resurface my bathtub because they gave a great sales pitch over the phone, and boy am I ever sorry. Overall they did very marginal work for $420. The surface coating did not fill in chips in the porcelain and there are rough areas on the bottom of the tub. A week after the tub was resurfaced, some rust spots appeared near the drain and when I called to request that they touch these up, I was told they would charge $80 for this. When I expressed that this should be covered in their warranty, I was told in an extremely rude tone that they "weren't going to fix a tub for free that was already rusting".
