Horrible!!! I upgraded 4of my phones and cancelled out a line back in October. It took them 4 hours to complete the upgrade and the store manager offered a $100 payment off my bill. Not only did she not take the one hundred off but I'm still paying for a line that I haven't used in a year!!!! These managers make offers that they cannot pull off and when you show up at the store or call them, they avoid you and do not return calls. They are far from honest, the line charges did not show up until someone got ahold of the phone and began using it. I called 611 and they said I would have to pay to get out of that contract. What contract!!!! The phone was not suppose to be active!!!

I've basically had 5 hours of my life and cell phone charge stolen from me, as well as 5.99+tax. Long story-short. i bought refurb G1 from ebay>went to store>they add insurance w/o my request>i call customer service to inquire>they inform me thats wrong>they remove feature>tell me to go back to corp location and talk to mgr for refund of ins premium(5.99+tax)>I go BACK to store>mgr gives me a dead stare and refuses>tells me to call c/s for refund> I call and am told to go Back for 3rd request> i hang up and contemplate suicide. I do not understand why I cant get back my six and change? they added feature and said it was valid? In the long run I spent more time+gas+money+brain cells trying to get back six bucks. That its not worth it to me anymore. I will never step foot back on T-mobile property for the rest of my life. Thank God that other carriers now have Google Android devices. I will be switching back to Sprint in March 2010 as soon as my contract is up with the Deliverance crew aka T-mobile.

The listening skills needs a lot of improvement. Very poor and also very disrespectful toward the customers. They need to respect the elders as well.
