Normally purchasing a vehicle is a very painful and persuading process, but this was a very simple and professional buying experience. I brought the blue book value info of the vehicle I was trading in and found the exact vehicle I wanted on their lot. The Salesman (Rowdy Huff) and the Sales manager did an outstanding job meeting me on the trade-in value and the purchase value. I would buy cars there everyday if I was a millionaire. I will definitely recommend them to anyone in the market.

I was lied to by the body shop manager. He told me Northside could do the work, "no problem" and the day the work was to start, he retracted and told me I could keep my deductible because they couldn't do it which would leave the car looking uneven and trashy. I reported him and they didn't care. I was told that basically, no one lies there...HA! WAY TO GO AND DO BUSINESS. NO MORE MONEY FROM ME OR MY INSURANCE COMPANY!

I "WAS" a software vendor for Northside Ford for a number of years. Spending the time in Northside, that was necessary for me to support my product, gave me the unique opportunity to see how they treated their customers in real time. I have been in and out of dealerships for many years and have seen the worst to the best. I would rate Northside Ford as well as their personnel with the few elite that are on my list. Their people are friendly and helpful and the environment is friendly.
Chad Worrel is a geter done kind of guy but more importantly, he is a get it done right guy. This is a store that I would feel comfortable sending my friends and relatives to!
Unfortunately, most people will not write a review. If you had a positive experience with Northside Ford, let them know!!!

Me and my husband had a great experience at Northside Ford we went to purchase an economical vehicle and decided on the Focus. We had a very nice and helpful salesman Jason Pelmear. I told him what we were looking for and we got exactly that. We were very happy with the service and few days later we brought in my daughter who also got her own vehicle. We will return in the future for our vehicle needs. Richard & Laura Gaeta

Our sales person was Mr. Wayne Alderman. We could not of had a better experience as Mr. Alderman was very professional and out standing handling all of our questions and resolving any/and all issues in a positive way until resolved as we had a very negative experience when we tried to work with North Park Lin. Mer. of such a poor company that we will never go back. Would recommend anyone go to Northside Ford and purchase a vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Even the VP/General Manager was on the floor greeting people. Never one time was there any pressure to buy.

I recently purchased a new F-150 from Northside Ford here in San Antonio, TX. I never thought I would say this about buying a new vehicle, but Northside made it a pleasure! They were literally as interested in selling me a car, as I was purchasing one. I can honestly say, they worked overtime to work a deal with me that was amicable to both of us - complete with the options of my choosing and at the price points I was willing to pay! To say they went the extra mile would be an understatement. I will go back for my next purchase....
