If you want to customize your house to your need there is no other contractor who can do better than i can. I can prove it. I specialize in bath and kitchen remodeling but can build you a house from the ground up. I am a general contractor however i have a tight group of employees that only work for me. and trust me i have it all covered. Licensed with the CSLB, Insurance, liability, and workers comp. Not to mention endless reference letters from past customers. Don't believe me come see for yourself. I will send a free packet of our work if requested. Link Corporation. "The difference is in the Service!"
Link corporation just finished two bathroom's and a kitchen for us in Newark. The two bathrooms were done in record time and his crew no subs were friendly and very detailed. We love our bathrooms the kitchen took almost 10 weeks it was supposed to be done in 8, but i don't believe this was his fault.. Overall our kitchens and bathrooms could not look any better but we paid for it to look this good,we will use him again to tear off siding and install stucco in September.

Watch out! I hired this company to do an addition/remodel on my house in 2007. I checked references and licenses and was satisfied that everything would be OK. They came from a referral service, that supposedly also checked them out rigorously as well. We thought we were prepared and that we had hired an honest contractor. Boy were we wrong! The law (and this company's contract) states that no contractor can collect a deposit of more than $1,000 to begin a project. John Olin (the owner) showed up at my house on December 23, 2007 to have me sign the contract and asked for the first installment check on the project in the amount of $20,000! No work had been done yet, and they didn't call it a "deposit" but it comes down to the same thing. This and the fact that there were typos in the contract should have tipped us off. But it was the holidays, we were busy, and didn't think it through.Time, Financial, and project management are all non-existent. Contractor charges for materials then either doesn't deliver them, or delivers defective or incorrect materials. Contractor is either incapable or unwilling to read construction plans, despite that their contract says "all work will be done according to plans". We were told the project would take 90 days. It is now 2+ years later and the job still isn't done!! There are too many issues to list in great detail. We've filed a complaint with the CSLB and are pursuing legal action against this company for fraud among other things. My advice? Don't hire this company!
