Real property development company

Ann K. is very hard working and dedicated when it comes to my property that is managed by her and RPA. My property has made a complete 360 since she has taken over, it is hardly ever vacant and maintained so well as if I am living there myself.

we have had several transactions with rpa. homes bought and sold and property management services. we have always had a pleasant experience and are very happy with RPA. We will use them in the future for any other real estate transactions.

This Company builds town-homes, condos around Seattle mostly North end near Ballard/Lake city/Crown Hill but has a few planned on Queen Anne and other areas near there. At 1st look they appear nice hardwoods/slab granite/Berber carpet,especially when you're an excited buyer you might not realize what/where you should be looking at. BUYER BEWARE of drawers that don't open but an inch or two (because of crooked measurements so cabinets & windows also off-center) cracks between ceiling and wall, between wood flooring, granite separation. mix-match paint light here, dark there (all in the same room of course) paint so thin and dry that if you touch it with anything it's smudged never seen anything like it before! As for customer service a guy who tries to convince you it was built that way/ it's suppose to be like that.
