I can't believe it! In just two weeks, I lost 2 inches from my waist and 1/2-inch off each arm and 1/2-inch off each thigh. I have definitely firmed up, my butt is higher, my belly is smaller. Fitness Together did not just improve my looks but also fixed/solved my 10 year old angle pain. I feel better and I'm taking better care of myself, like getting my hair and nails done. Your program, just doesn't change your looks, but your mindset too! It makes you think...This is the only body I have, I better keep it in shape!
