I emailed in advance to follow up on a special I saw online. They responded within minutes with a phone call. When I got there, the car was already washed and ready for me to check out. It was such an easy experience and a lot different than a couple other places I checked out before hand. They got me the car that fit my needs and budget. Thank you JN!!!

They started off nice, ended up crazy, and rude. Don't go here unless you have total cash value for the car. They have no clue what customer service is, and its best if you went somewhere else.

I've been wanting to get my wife into a newer car for a while and last week I did a quick search for Chevrolet dealerships. JN Auto was pretty close, a little over a mile away, so after a couple of days of researching we made the trip. The first salesmen we got was great, he pulled up every car that we wanted to test out without any hesitation. Every question I asked, he had a positive answer. But at the end of the night there wasn't the specific vehicle on the lot that we wanted, so we had to wait till the following Monday.

After the dealership received new vehicles the following week we went back to be greeted with horrible customer service. Our salesman who helped up previously wasn't there, even when we called ahead to make sure he was working. The replacement salesman was unfriendly and rude (First impressions, hello?). He didn't offer to even shake my hand, and completely ignored my wife. We told him we were there to test drive the new vehicle and he looked puzzled. Walking away to get our information almost like a spoiled child, he came back and sat us down in the open lobby (We're not important enough to get a cubical) and basically said that our deal was too complicated for him to do it now. And it would be better for us to come back on monday.

Trying to get information on easing our overly complicated deal (Sarcasm) I asked about the current weekend madness sale, and pointed to the tent outside. He rolled his eyes, said bye, and then walked away.

I even called back and got a manager and explained that the customer service was unexceptable, but he didn't want to hear that. He talked me into loops about things I didn't ask, which after a few loops I just grew angry and hung up.

Do not go here, please save yourself time and money. It's not worth your trouble.

This business is an absolute disgrace. I have never received such horrible service anywhere. My story is about the same as Tom M. Right now they will not answer their phones, nor will they return calls. Our temporary tag is almost expired and we just found out that the deal got 'kicked back'.... this is the SECOND time this has happened (the first time they kept damaging the vehicle we got, so we said no deal... give us a new one). At this point I am talking to lawyers. They can have their car back.... and I want a FULL REFUND. I will NEVER do business with them again, and I will make sure that everyone I know here is warned to not go there.

Had the exact same experience as Amanda R. Put 5k down on a used car drove off then 25 days later got a call the financing fell through and we either come up at first they wanted another 20k but later said that 10k would do or bring the car back immediately. I spent a lot of time detailing the car and got it looking 10 times better than when we got it. I too got the call from a unsympathetic salesman who even hung up on me when I told him this was bulldodo. My advice to everyone don't do it go somewhere else to buy a car.

My husband and I traded our vehicle in for a brand new vehicle. We signed all the paperwork, contracts, put down a few thousand dollars on the new car,etc & drove the new truck off the lot. Almost a MONTH LATER, JN mailed us a letter saying our financing was declined through their bank.

We went to JN the next day & had a horrible sales rep. He had no sympathy what so ever towards the issue. He demaned that we hand over our keys to the new vehicle & then he gave us back our old vehicle. He told us there was not ONE vehicle on their lot that he could get us into.

I demanded a refund for the few THOUSAND dollars that my husband and I put down on the new car, and they didn't want to give us our money back!! It was such a hassle. I'LL NEVER DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! BEWARE!

Went thru 4 or 5 different salesman trying to get our business in one sitting. One even claimed they were the first US Mazda dealership - what B.S.! All but 1 salesman was very rude and barely wanted to talk to us about pricing unless we agreed to buy that day. I thought salesmen were suppose to at least pretend to be on your side? We were so put off by them, we refuse to make a purchase there..

I didn't feel the pressure to buy immediately. I was given time to think. I felt good about my decision, & got what I wanted. I had a great experience and feel satisfied.
Thanks :)

I bought my first car from JN Automotive in 2003 when I was only 17 and had 'ok' credit. I had such a great experience that I bought my second and third car from them as well. The salesmen were very attentive and made everything so easy. They always gave me such a great deal on my cars. Thank you JN!!

My husband and I went looking for a truck. After about 45min, I saw a truck on the lot and told my husband to go look at it. He liked it and I liked it witht he exception of the color. THE PRESSURE TO SELL US THE TRUCK WAS INTENSE! After I walked away, the sales manager asked my husband "who is driving the truck... you or her?

This was to be a work truck. Black truck for work...No that won't do. That is why most work trucks are white!

A good sales man knows that the female has the larger % of decision on major purchases.

my experience with this dealership was horrible!!!! i had really good credit and im a young adult...you hardly see young adults with a credit score of 650+. they didn't explain all the numbers to you. i was so excited to be leaving with the car of my dreams and they probably sensed it. i would not reccommend this dealership to anyone. they preyed on me because im young and i had good credit. after leaving the dealership my credit went down a whole lot. if i were you go elsewhere!

I retired from the Army in 2004 and started working for JN Automotive. The dealership has a huge lot and a good selection of new Chevrolet, and Mazda vehicles. The Internet sales department is new and still being developed. I am biased because I built the department but I think it's great!
