Graham Jewelry

My husband and I wanted matching bands made just for us. We went to the other stores in town and they acted like we *had* to buy something in the store because it was too, too hard and troublesome to bother to make something special.

When we went to Graham's, we told them that we wanted something special and they didn't even bother trying to sell us stuff from the store, except where they would use something as an example of size. It was great!

The other stores acted like it would take weeks to even get something in the correct size for me because I don't wear the size that they make things in but Graham's had our custom-made bands for us in less than a week! (We went in on a Sunday and picked up our bands that next Friday.)

The girls there (Rose and Courtney) told me that they don't get commission or anything so their job is not to sell me something, but to help me shop. I don't know if that was the difference between them and the other stores, but it was awesome.

The people at Zales and Gordon's told me I needed a new battery but that they wouldn't do it - Go to Grahams. So I did. They changed my battery (apparently nobody does fossils but them) and found diamond studs for my wife for Valentine's day cheaper than anyone else. They were cheaper because the jewelry repair guy made them. My wife wanted her wedding rings put together and I told her that there was a repair guy there and the guy did it there in the store. Everywhere else we went sent it out to some other guy. This guy did it in his store. So that's why I like 'em.
