I did enjoy walking around the house and property with Tom, he is very informative and answered all of my questions, his explanations were great and the written report was great with all of the pictures. I didn't feel like a pest following him around and he did not seem to mind my Realtor, husband and I following him every where possible. Tom was early, he showed up before any of us arrived. His inspection report was great - it had color pictures and even a home depot home repair CD. The best thing though is we had the report in our hands after the inspection was done!
