We used Enterprise Limousine Services for two separate occassions. The first was for a bachelorette party. The ladies needed transportation to the location and return trip to the hotel. Since most of the bridesmaids were not Houstonians, and alcohol would be involved, we knew a driver would be the safest means of transportation. The second occassion was a few days later to transport the ladies from the beauty salon to the church and then take the bride and groom from the church to the reception. We could not have been more pleased with the services. The drivers were early, patient, and courteous. Being the mother of the bride, I especially appreciated the kindness of the owner in answering my many questions and concerns. my sister was coming into town, she is not familiar with airport terminals and where to meet the driver, so the driver went out of his way and met her at the gate, she was very happy when she saw him,my sister was greatly relieved to see her driver, I would recommend Enterprise Limousine for any special services that could arise

I didn't relize how great a limo service could be. We used this service for my daughters prom and they treated her and her friends like royalty. In the limo they had water in place where ther should have been liquor. It was cute. The driver even called me, to tell me, when he dropped the kids off at the prom. He even called when he picked them up to bring them home. It was as if I took them to the prom myself.

I had Enterprise Limousine pick up my fifteen year old daughter who had been visiting family. Unfortunately I had to be out of town on a business trip at the time she came in. They met my daughter at the gate with a sign stating her name and took her straight to our home. I received a call when they picked her up and after delivering her home safely. Because of this personal service, I wholeheartedly recommend this limousine service.

I used Enterprise last weekend. They saved my brother's bachelor party. I booked another company first for a limo-bus. The bus got to my partner's house, it wasn't what I saw in the photos. The owner gives me a line of 'stuff' about the difference between executive and limo-buses. Finally, he says the bus I saw had been booked to a higher paying customer.
One of my boys got online and we used this site to call other company's. Enterprise hooked us up! The limo --not some busted-assed short-bus-- was just like the photos, the driver called about our plans, set the car up like we wanted and had our trip mapped out.

I would go farther than the previous review because this company went farther for me. Literally. I used to live in a little town, almost 3 hours north of Houston. When I was getting married, I couldn't find a limo company that would consider driving so far out. Actually, I could but not for less than what I was paying for my reception.

Enterprise was the last company I tried, after all my friend's 'hook-ups' fell through. We set a price, the driver was ten minutes early, waited patiently in 98 degree heat while we finished getting ready, and was professional in every way.

My nephew, who also lives out in the sticks, called Enterprise for his prom. They cut him the same deal and didn't jack up the price. The driver followed my sister's instructions and even called her at every interval, just like she wanted. The following week, we heard stories of gouging, the driver showing up late, and then getting 'lost' when the kids were looking for them.

Now that I live in Houston, I use Enterprise at least twice a year. They know the hot-spots, what spots to avoid, and generally show me and my guests a worry-free, good time.

My boss has used Enterprise for 3 years now, always for town-car service to and from the airport or van service for our yearly conference. I knew them to be prompt and reliable. But when my daughter and her friends decided to pool their money for a prom-night limo, I didn't expect a deal based on my company's account. So, I price shopped Enterprise and two other services.

Enterprise was the one that quoted one price and stuck to it. The others either asked how many families were paying before they gave me a price or they tried to switch me to a more expensive limo than advertised.

The limo we got was as described, clean, and the driver took my instructions for the kids and politely went over the rules we had agreed on with the kids before he left. I heard stories from other parents about dirty cars, late arrivals, and drivers who talked on the cell phone the entire time.

I would highly recommend Enterprise for limo or any transportation service.
