Great salon! Lovely environment, fabulous staff! I was very loyal to my hairstylist for many years, even though it's only once a month the commute kicks my butt after working all week. A woman from the office where I work suggested that I try Di Carlo Salon in Lancaster. My hair is fabulous, something new and different- I love it.

Di Carlo Salon was much more than I expected! I heard about it from a friend and I was ready for a change. Carlos made me feel like a bombshell, my hair is BEAUTIFUL! I have had so many compliments and my sister already made her appointment! If you would like to be pampered and leave feeling fabulous then this is the salon for you. Thank you so much Carlos!

The only thing that kinda stunk was that it took a week or so to get an appointment, but it was worth the wait! I like my hair really punky and have NOT been able to find ANYONE who can just give me the cut I want. My appointment was with Kristi and she rocked out my cut and I LOVE it! I have another appointment for some hot pink color I cant wait!

I will NEVER go here again. I went a few months ago and the lady did NOT know what she was doing. She didn't speak english fluently and about 40 minutes into the haircut, the owner walks by to help her. He tried fixing it and she continued cutting, he kept an eye on her the whole time. TWO HOURS later she finally finishes and all I wanted to do was get out of there. After drying my hair later I thought something was a little off but decided to give it time. I realized one side had shorter layers than the other! I went to another salon to fix it and they basically said the "hair stylist" at di carlo had no clue what she was doing. Don't waste your time and money.

I appreciate the kind response. I would like to please point out that my statement about the stylist not speaking English fluently was in no way meant to be taken negatively. The support for diversity is great, but had I been able to easily communicate with the stylist, any problems understanding my request could have been avoided. Regardless of taking action to correct the problem at the time, the damage was already done. I reacted normally to a bad haircut by not wanting to associate with the salon that did it. Di Carlo is a beautiful interior with a warm friendly staff, but my trust for the their experience and expertise is not there.

I was skeptical at first but when I walked into the salon the decor was beautiful! Carlos' assistant made me feel at home, with the plasma tv and endless amounts of coffee I knew I was in the right place! His skills are pretty up to date... and he's good at cutting hair but with color plays it safe. Go to him if you know exactly what you want he is not the man to go to if you want a drastic change.
