When you walk in the place it seems pretty clean but the smell hits your nose because of the fumes from chemicals.

I spoke their language but the workers there didn't know. They would talk badly about their clients while they work and laugh about it in their language. Some of the things they said were pretty racist about African American people.

While they were doing my pedicure, they used dirty instruments that they had used previously on their other clients. I knew it was dirty because I saw them use it while I was waiting for my turn to get a pedicure. I asked the lady, in english, if she sanitized her tools..she replied yes. Of course I wasn't going to let her use those unsanitized tools on me. I asked her to get out another pair of clean tools or else I wouldn't get my toes done. She pulled out another set of tools but it had cuticle clippings inside the nipper thingy so I declined the pedicure. That is very gross and could get me sick.

These workers reuse everything that they use for their clients without sanitizing it. I see a very big problem with that. I didn't want to make a big scene so I didn't say anything about it. But if the people who gets their nails done there knew..they would be very mad. This is very unsafe and it could give people diseases and infections.

After I declined my pedicure, I got convinced to do my nails done by a guy named Kevin. He was a funny guy and he did my nails really nice. But his manner was really offensive and inappropriate. The stuff he would talk about was very sexual and I find that quite unprofessional of him.

They play really loud rap or vietnamese music, which isn't relaxing for me.

I don't think I will go back to this place after I know how they run their business.

Be careful when getting your nails done at any place. Make sure their tools are clean before they start working on you. You don't want to pay the price of catching a disease or infection just because you hesitate to ask if they clean their tools.

PROS: Nice nails

CONS: Bad business behavior from workers, unsanitary tools/instruments, unprofessional atmosphere, pungent smell due to lack of ventilation, etc.
