Park Village West

apartments are in poor condition, not maintained well. management do not bother, you complain, nothing happens, full of bugs, i got signed for an year, waitng to get out. I am suprised to see the high rent and the people who live here are Indians mostly, they get cheated by the management easily. They do not know its their right to ask for better infrastrucure when they are paying for it every month.

I have lived in park village for atleast 6 years now. It's a great place small community managment is very nice. One thing is that park village is very old and some of there apts arnt as in good conditions as others. It's a very decent place the only thing is that it's full of Indian people now I'm not rasest but living 6 years with the people is hard that always leave there doors open and let there smell come out there are like 7 of them in one apt soot hard to find. Parking but over all it's a good place and I would recomend it to you.

Nice and big place but bad management and poorly maintained.
So many bug.. No maintenance and whatever you do I guarantee you.. Your apartments will not bug free ..

I was stuck in this place for 6 months cause i had signed a lease here for 6 months. the apartment conditions are bad, heat is turned off in mornings so if you are planning to stay here better get warm gear handy.
the condition of the carpets is pathetic, but the management claims they are brand new, you can find children drawings inside the closet but the management claims the apartments are freshly painted.

I am not a negative person, the place is nice, ample parking and nice community. the place has more of east indian guys staying there because the people are new in the country and easily fooled by the management.

The management is responsive if u run into a problem but there are a few persons especially of bonnie she is rude and getting a response back from her is impossible, so make sure u ask all the questions at the time u are signing the lease else keep mum for rest of ur life!!

We lived in this apartment for close to a year. The apartment may not be the best in facilities but definitely a decent place to live in. The management was friendly and problems were addressed. It has a spacious campus and a good playarea for kids. The campus is well maintained.
