Udupi Place

Name sounds authentic but not the food....Had rava dosa here and decided not to go again....Service was also not all that impressive....I would not recommend this place....

The food is not so great here. the taste and the variety is average. The dosa was cold and the chatni was pathetic. I would not like to visit this place again.

I have been to this place once. The food is decent, not great. The service was very slow and the food was cold.

The dosas didn't taste that good. The place was too crowded, I wouldn't rate the ambiance as good. Nothing there to go back again. Am sure there are many other places nearby that excels this place.

They are famous for their Dosas, although they have all other south indian items on their menu.

My favorite is the paper masala dosa. How do they make it sooooo thin. It was crispy and the potato masala inside was not very spicy. I also love their uttapams . The onion and tomato uttapam is worth a try. Most of the items on the menu are served with coconut chutney and sambar.

The prices are reasonable. The ambience is very informal. The only downside is, it can very crowded during the weekends. We have had to wait around 25 minutes for a table and the small parking makes it even worse. Make sure they have space by calling beforehand if you are going on Sat/Sun.
