Okay, everyone says this restaurant has fresh fish, or whatever, but honestly its way to expensive for what they are charging.

I got the regular, tuna, salmon, and albacore sashimi and honestly, the amount they charged, I should be blown away.

I've been to a lot of sushi places in Cupertino, and Sushi Kuni has to be the best. Their rolls are formed with care and everything is fresh. The only problem is the size, it gets very cozy there.

The restaurant name suggests that it serves excellent sushi and it does. Sushi Kuni's chirashi has a good selection of tasty "nama" sakana and the sashimi is always good. Other traditional items are also offered on the menu. The lunch special offers a good selection of choices and is reasonably priced compared to other Japanese restaurants in the area. The restaurant is located in a converted house and can be noisy when every seat is full at lunch time. If you don't have a reservation at lunch or dinner time, you need to get here when it opens or you will have to wait in line.
