I took my car in because I thought there was a problem with the bearings. However, after Jason checked it out, it turns out the bearings were fine and the brake rotors and pads needed to be replaced. The fact that they did not go ahead and charge me for new bearings was a sign that they were honest and reliable--they could have told me that, and charged me a ton, and I wouldn't have known the difference.

Jason did a great, thorough job on my car, and I really appreciated the little extras he did, like clean the back drum brakes, and also Jason was nice enough to figure out something with my gas cap that was making the check engine light come on, even though nothing was wrong with engine. That light had been on for 2 years and even the dealership couldn't figure out how to turn it off--that was really nice and appreciated.

I think they are reasonably priced, and they are very friendly and knowledgeable and careful. I would very much recommend them.

I was referred to Jamie's Lakewood Auto by a friend, after having numerous bad experiences at other shops. What a godsend to find Jamie, he is honest and really takes the time to explain things to you.
Right off the bat Jamie and his staff figured out the elusive problems my car had been having, i took it to 4 shops before, including the dealership, and nobody else could figure it out!
This is a family owned business, and they make you feel like one of the family! I'll never go anywhere else!
