I love having Steve massage my legs & feet during myy pedi, talk about a perfectionist! He is the best around the area when it comes to pink & white nails. I always receive wonderful comments regarding my nails. Steve is also very perfessional & always treats his clients with respect & grace. Check him out soon ladies!

I am a frequent client at the Glen Dale Rd location and I LOVE IT. I always visit Steve and he gives the BEST Deluxe Pedi I've ever had!! Steve is a very professional and a perfectionist! U do not leave his chair until the job is perfect!

I went to the spa the day before Christmas Eve and had a very pleasant experience. Initially, I considered going to the other location on Crain Highway because it would've been closer to home. However, after reading the mixed reviews about that spa, I decided on the Glenn Dale Road location, and I couldn't have made a wiser choice (during my spa visit, I heard other customers rave about how much nicer the Glenn Dale spa was compared to the other locations). The environment was clean and soothing, and I received quality customer service (which I value above all else). Kelly did a great job on my nails (I got the pink and white/solar nails), and her husband Andy was just as professional during my deluxe pedicure. I had great conversations with both of them; in the past, I've been to nail salons where the nail technicians talk to each other and don't bother to make conversation with their customers. I definitely intend to return to this day spa!

The salon itself is just as the previous person states. HOWEVER, the past few times I have called for an appointment the receptionist will ask you to hold, then she proceeds to leave you "on hold" (the phone sounds like you're sitting on the counter) you hear her speaking with other customers/employees. I think she "forgets" she has someone on the phone. I have been on hold for about 12 minutes while I type this review. She needs a lesson in customer service! If you are too busy, get a number from the customer, call them back. Other times, I've volunteered my number and not gotten a call back! She stinks!

Beautiful decor, great services and the service providers give a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere and do a great job. I always go there to get a spa pedicure and the hot stone leg massage that goes with it. Considering what they do, the cost is reasonable. You just can't beat it! I would recommend them to anyone who wants to go there, get an excellent service and just relax.
