The best fish in the world! The food at La Cava is authentic, original, beyond fresh and packed with incredible, creative flair and flavor. I travel around the world and grew up on home cooked Mexican food. Now days, I get to eat at some pretty fine establishments, and though Im not a picky eater, I am extremely discerning about quality and ambiance when I select and/or recommend a restaurant. La Cava will always be my favorite for fish and truly haute (gourmet) Mexican specialties. Its so good, I plan to fly to PA from Colorado to celebrate my birthday there this year. All menu items are great, but the specials and seafood are exceptional. Also, the crepas con cajeta are to die for!!! I was strictly vegetarian before I tried Carlos decadent snapper with toasted garlic sauce (deboned table side). He has also prepared some amazing vegetarian dishes for me. He draws a lovely crowd and community of foodies and friends to add to the dining experience!

We love this little BYOB. Authentic upscale Mexian cuisine. The seafood dishes have been our favorites. Delicious daily specails are the way to go.
