I have visited this boutique numerous times and the customer service is wonderful and the owner is very helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend shopping here instead of Charlotte. Carries the same brands as Charlotte at a little less the price. Great asset to Gastonia. Beautiful high end clothing!

I bought some really beautiful clothes for my little girls. The owner was there and was really nice. The shop was beautiful, it almost looked like a little nursery, Will do all my shopping for my kids here.

My husband and I recently visited Franci B for clothes for our little girl. The owner was there and was very nice and helpful!!!! Her prices were very reasonable compared to charlotte boutiques in the area. It is nice to know that we have somebody local that we can do our shopping with without the drive to charlotte. Would review this boutique a world class establishment

Beautiful store! Everyone was so nice and helpful yet gave me my space so I could look. Very organized and easy to find stuff. Prices are about average for the boutique quality of clothing they carry. They are really one-of-a-kind for Gastonia! Trendier clothing the larger the size. Infant sizes were more like delicate smocked dresses.

Prices are way too high. Owner is not nice. Will not speak to you, practically ignores you. Customer service really sucks. Returns are difficult. She makes you feel bad if something is returned
