I drop my car at Pride at 4:15AM. to catch a 5:45AM. fight. I give the employee on duty my on line reservation. This reservation was for a rate of $6.00 a day. He told me to park my car and take my keys with me. I said to him that my reservation was for them to park it and they keep the keys. He told me that all the rates where the same no matter who parked it. I parked the car and told my keys as instructed.
Today when I returned from my five day trip I called Pride as I always have in the passed. They sent a van for another customer and me. When arrived at the office I gave the current employee my ticket he told me I owed $56 dollars. I told him that my reservation was for $6. a day. He said that it was $9.95 a day. I told him that I would not pay that amount because that was the price I reserved. I also told him that the employee on the morning I dropped off my car told me that all the rates where the same. The employee said he would call the owner to see what he said. About five minute later the owner came to the counter, I expand him what had happened in a very clamed voice. The owner told me to look at my ticket said $9.95 and when I looked, yes it said $9.95. I explain to him that my reservation was not for that rate, and I continue telling him that his employee had told me all the rates where the same. At that time the owner started raising his voice at me saying I owed him $56. As I gave his employee my credit card I said to the owner that I believe that they deceived me, as the employee looked that him he told the employee I was lying. In a claimed voice I said I was not lying, the owner continue to raise his voice and told me this is America a land of opportunity. I shock my head took my receipt and left. I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!

On 11/30/11 at 4:31 am I left my car for an overnight trip. When I arrived at 10:31 am on 12/1/11 and picked up my car almost as soon as I started driving I noticed a weird noise, looked over and noticed my passenger side rear-view mirror hanging off the side of my car at a weird angle. I immediately pulled over and got out of the car to better see the damage. I called the company from my car (I was about 3 minutes away) and they told me to come back and fill out an incident report, which I did. I was given tape to secure my mirror so I could get home and told that the owner would contact me the next day, which he did not. I called several times before he returned my call; he told me that they would review their tapes to determine if my car was damaged when I arrived (it wasn't), or when and how the damage occurred. They would then contact me and would "glue" the mirror back up if they could. Of course despite numerous calls to follow up with this business, they never contacted me.

I went through Pride last year and just again last week. Great service, hassle free & friendly guys. Next time I have to fly out O'Hare again, I won't hesitate to call Pride Parking.

I left my car here, they were very friendly when they picked me up, and then they comment that there was a little problem with the key, nothing important. So I payed and then I went to check the car.

The key was stacked inside and way too deep. When I asked them what happened each one of the workers gave me a different version of the story. And they never totally stopped to talked to me, telling me that the car was too old, that what do I wanted with such and old car.

My friend drove this car for 2 years, me for another year and this never happened before.

Then I phoned the mechanic who came to check the car telling me that someone has forced the key and definitely broke the mechanism. He couldn't fix it. So I phoned the AAA. The guy came and finally start it up (after 1 hour) but couldnt get the key out neither. He told me that definitely someone has forced it and broken it.

When I told them again they were always making fun of me.

So I payed for 7 days parking, and they broke my car, avoid every responsibility and make fun of me.

I just parked at Pride Parking. I booked on-line, one of the best web sites I have ever dealt with, I didn't have to put my credit card number in- I really liked that. The people at Pride made it so easy, I pulled in, someone took my luggage, I checked in, the counter man 'Steve' was very polite and helpful and there were alot of people there. I was going to give him my garbage, but I heard him tell someone else that they could give their garbage to the driver to take to the airport, they just did not have room for everyone's trash. I could understand that, so I didn't give him mine. Once I handed Steve my keys, I got on the shuttle. The driver was polite, and funny! I didn't get his name, I was laughing too hard! On return, again it was very busy, I called in when I got to the shuttle center, 2 minutes later a Shuttle was there. Another pleasant driver, I think Rich, was his name, he loved his job and the family that runs this business. My car was pulled up, I paid my bill, and it was alot less than I have ever paid for parking any where around O'hare. All in all I had a great experience, will reccommend it and use again and again.

Have been going to Pride Parking for years. They are near enough to the airport and cheap enough to make it worthwhile. I had a very bad experience recently, however. My keys ended up locked in the car. I asked them if I should stay at the lot to deal with it, they sent me on my way saying they'd deal with it. I get to the airport and they radio to the driver to say that I need to pay $75 cash immediately or they're *towing* my car. They wouldn't add it to my tab for me to pay upon return! And I've been a customer for over three years. Safe to say that I'm not a customer anymore.

Never again ! They let someone steal my car stereo and then had the audacity to tell me get out instead of helping me. They charged me for an extra day too.

We had a very bad experience with them. Do not park there unless you want to get into trouble and to practice your skill of arguing. Don't be lured by their cheap price. In fact, there are other expenses you will find later when you pick up your car.

When we wanted to pick up our car, we strictly followed their rule to call them right after we arrived at O'Hare. But they asked us to wait because they mis-calculated the date we would come back. That's O.K. Then we waited. The worse thing was they did not know how long we should wait. They arranged a person to retrieve our car from a place far from where they were. It took him more than two hours to come back. We found the record of our mileage calculator was erased and the person refused to tell us how far he drove. In addition, while we were waiting, the person at the counter lied to us that they did not have toilet facility. He asked us to go across the road to the hotel. It was 12 o'clock in the middle night. There is no pedestrian crossing road available. And the cars on the road droved like crazy... We were rudely treated. We will never do business with them any more.

Beware! If you like this service, your time will also come...We have used Pride Parking in the past and found it inexpensive and convenient. Our most recent experience, however, was one of the worst we have ever had. We will never use this service again. Our car was not ready when we returned ("Steve" could not find it and claimed we had given the wrong date when we dropped off our car. )We were made to wait over an hour for our car to be retrieved from a remote lot, we were treated with abuse at asking the attendant "Steve" to check on the delay, and we were yelled at when we complained and provided our e-mail that documented the correct date of our return from our trip. I can't believe they stay in business.

This is a very poorly run family owned business!! I have been parking here for a few years and put up with the poor customer service, but enough is enough!!! They have a very small operation, with an Internet rate of $7.95 per day. But on the Internet, they fail to tell you about extra hidden fee's like the $1.00 energy fee, and the extra $3.00 fee that they charge if someone else picks up the car, even if it is the spouse and their name is on the registration in the glove compartment. My husband and I traveled out of town together. But he had to return home a day earlier. I checked the car in under my name while he unloaded the luggage from the car. When he returned without me, they charged him this extra $3.00 fee because he was picking it up and I was not present. And it did not matter that it is his car registered in his name with the registration in the glove compartment in the car. Some insurance liability lie to charge the customers extra money. And their employee turnover is very high. Unless it is the owner or one of his son's, you will see a driver you like and ask about them the next time within a few weeks and they are gone. The truth be told, one of them informed me on one trip that he was quitting because they don't know how to treat their employees either. And the lady that works there is a witch!!! I believe she is he wife of the owner. It's evident that she either hates him or just doesn't want to work. She was so rude to us when we went to pick up our car. Looks like they don't know who keeps them in business, but I know it is a satisfied customer and that I am not. Some of my friends have expressed the same feelings. They only have the one van running back and forth to O'hare most times and they have a bad habit of making you wait for a long time, which is horrible when you are traveling with a young child like we are. This is definitely not a family friendly parking location. I have learned that you get what you pay for, and this is a prime example that by paying only $7.95 you are only getting about 50 cents worth of customer service. GOOD LUCK!!!
