Dave really has the customer's best interest in mind. When I emailed him the details about my problem, he selflessy said the best solution would actually be to go to iCafe in Lawrence for this issue. So I took his suggestion and the people there were also really nice. The guy helped me on the spot and sure enough it was simply bad RAM. Despite being out of warranty, he replaced it for free when I mentioned Dave's referral. I was in and out in 10 min and was charged nothing. So glad I didn't go to Best Buy.

For the second time this young year Dr. Dave (via a telephone call) fixed what to me was a major malfunction of my Mac.
It wasn't major to Dave. The most recent time he returned my "help" call within several hours, and we got the problem fixed in about 35 seconds. I really recommend dave.

DoctorDave was able to determine that the PC was FUBAR & that it wasn't worth the price of repair. Thankfully he was able to help me with a refurbished computer, making sure it would do what I needed and he was very reasonable in his fee. I highly recommend calling DoctorDave anytime you have either a PC or a Mac problem. I know I will call him again!!! Thanks Dave!

Dr. Dave is amazing. He really knows his computer stuff. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he's passionate about learning all he can to help his clients. Today he restored my lifeless MacBook back to health tackling a problem he had never encountered before. I'm sold. He's the best around.

Dave always comes through. He's easily accessible, returns calls quickly, and most important, gets those computers fixed pronto! Dave has worked on my family's personal computers, as well as all the computers at my workplace. I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else. And if you've ever been through the GeekSquad gauntlet, trust me when I say you'll become a Dr. Dave convert in a hurry!

Knowledgeable, prompt, thorough, fair/honest computer help is what you'll get from Doctor Dave. A friend referred him to me about 5 years ago. His service has consistently been five star. I've experienced service from the two 'corporate' Lawrence computer service squads and I cannot give them the same review. Call Doctor Dave! You'll be thankful you did.

Not only did DoctorDave and his staff refresh and update my computer, they did so while explaining everything they were doing in language even I could understand! Good Job!!

Dr. Dave is great! I had a problem with a dell desktop not turning on. Dr. Dave basically determined the problem via email. He confirmed that the warranty had expired. He replaced the power supply to confirm that the problem was what he had thought the mother board was bad. All this and no charge. I'll be back.

Dr. Dave is the best! He has always been able to solve my computer problems in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend his services, and am very thankful to know that I can count on him when something goes awry with one of my computers.

DoctorDave is fast, friendly and reliable. I have used his computer repair/upgrade services on numerous occasions and have been pleased with the result each time. Dave thoroughly explains what he is doing and I always learn something new about my computer which is an added bonus. I highly recommend DoctorDave!

Dave Greenbaum was simply amazing. He showed up on time, really explained what he was doing and got it done at 1/3 the cost everyone quoted me. I've used him many times since my first visit and been 150% statisfied and higly recommend him

I had both a Mac and a Windows machine that wouldn't talk to each other, and the other places I tried would only do one or the other, so I was very happy to find Doctor Dave, who works on both kinds of computers
Fast, friendly, and professional. Not much more needs to be said. He doesn't talk down to you, definitely the best computer repair in Lawrence.

I would recommend DoctorDave for computer help. He is prompt with scheduling, and returning my calls. When he is at my home working on my computer problem he is efficient, helpful with explaining things, and quite professional. I know I can also follow-up if I need it without feeling like an idiot. He has my best interests in mind.
