I have had my insurance at this place for year but just made payments there and that was about it. Well I messed up and rear ended someone and got to see if what I had been paying for for years was worth it. They guy I spoke with in the office made it easy to get my car fixed and said they would deal with the other guy so I don't have to talk to him any more, which is a good thing for me. He set it up so I could get my car in the shop that day. I think I was only on the phone with him for a few mintues too. It makes me feel much better about all those years of just paying them money.

I have had my insurance in Steve's office for many years now. I am always able to speak to someone when I call his office. I lost my bill once and almost lost my insurance but they called me on the phone to let me know my bill was due. No one else does that, I used my visa card right on the spot.

Don't be fooled by the 15 minutes or less they did everything in less than 10 and faxed info to my lender for me. If you are shopping around for auto insurance they make life easy, I also ended up with renters insurance and took some more money off my auto insurance costs

I just found out State Farm had a rate reduction for car insurance and even sent me money back from before they reduced my car insurance. They also told me they are have a rate reduction on renters insurance too!

They were easy to work with and saved me $. I was in and out of their office in seconds and they did not try and add on a bunch of stuff I don't really want.
