Please accept David's and my sincere gratitude and appreciation for all of your efforts for our most recent closing with your office! Not only did you make what was a challenging house deal look easy on your end, but you even stayed late on a holiday afternoon to make sure that everything was completed, signed, sealed, and delivered!
Last summer, David and I bought a house and had a closing with the buyer's choice of title companies and let me tell you, it was a very negative experience. We always knew that K.C. and all of you were great, but we were spoiled and didn't realize how different it could be elsewhere. When these buyers (for Eubank) submitted their initial offer, they wanted a different title company. We were so happy to be able to successfully negotiate back that we wanted to use y'all. That's perhaps a long story for you to read, but I just wanted to tell y'all how much we appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and courtesies that you all always give when we do business with you!
