I'm reading all these negative reviews, and I'm really wondering why. My boys (ages 10 months and 2 years) really enjoy this place. We try to make one of the pop-in play times at least once every 2 weeks. It's only 1.5 hours of playtime, but they wear themselves (and me too!) out. The staff is always friendly, in my opinion, though I always see the same people, as their shifts probably don't rotate around very much. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it is rather expensive, at $6 per child for the 1.5 hours of play. (Does my 10 month-old really need to pay $6???) Also, it would be nice if there were more open play times, instead of reserving every weekday afternoon and every weekend for parties.

The help there today inside the play portion was terrible. The guy with the "blue Staff" shirt literally stood in the same spot for over 2 hours. The give with the "blue Staff" shirt could not keep her hands off of him. No one was attending to the children. They were too involved with each other. There were kids screaming getting hurt and when the tennis balls came by the girl she did not stop them and give them to the kids. She just looked the other way. Whatever these two are getting paid is too much. In addition my daughter got stuck in the tunnel. I asked the guy with the blue "staff" shirt if he could help her. He said to me "can't you go in". I said no I didn't think I was supposed to .Eventually the girl with the blue "staff" shirt finally went in. By then my daughter was hysterfical!

My kids love this place, and it was the first choice for a party for each of them. The staff handles the entire party so that the hosting parent can enjoy the party and the time with the kids. At our party, the staff retrieved the cake from my car, helped supervise during play time, and (most importantly) served the kids pizza, drinks, and cake. Then they collected the presents and extra food and loaded it into my car for me - in the rain! We didn't open presents there, but I've been at parties in which the kids do open presents, and the staff records a list of the gifts and gift-giver so that the parents or child can write accurate thank-you notes later. I've also been at a party where the staff was asked to deal with a difficult child and an uncooperative parent (so that the host would not have to do so), and they did so quietly, professionally, and successfully. I left the party I hosted happy, having done no work (big change from birthdays past), and with a thrilled child who still talks about the party. Definately worth the $ we spent, and we are planning a party for the other child in the next few months.

My child has been invited to birthday parties at Pump It Up. They have several inflatables for kids of all ages to jump on, as well as a separate party room where the cake/presents etc. can take place. I think it's a great concept, and the kids seemed to enjoy it immensely.

The parties are always so much fun at pump it up. My son has been to several parties there and always has a blast. My husband likes to take him because the adults can play too. Once when we where there one of the staff members seemed a bit unhelpful to the host parents. I've looked into booking my son's parties there before but a few things kept me from it: 1.) The deposit is non refundable which is a draw back because you have to book months in advance and really hope nothing too important comes up (not too great if you have to travel for business). 2.) The price is $225 for up to 25 kids. That's pretty high for a kids party. You get to invite alot of kids, but really having 25 kids show up for a party seems too hectic in my mind. 3.) They are really stick on the rules. If you add the pizza pack for a $3 extra bucks each kids gets two slices from Hungry Howies. That's really a big rip off considering how cheap Hungry Howie's is. I don't think you can bring in ice cream or any thing else other than cake.

My daughter has been to several Pump It Up parties and has had a great time at every one!

The facility is clean and well-maintained. Before any children are allowed on the equipment, they must watch a safety video which tells them what they are and are not allowed to do.

Each party is assigned helpers who monitor the kids while they play and also keep the party organized and on schedule.

Even adults can join in the fun!

It is a bit expensive but very worth the price!

This is a great party place for kids and adults. It seems expensive initially, but once you think about all the time you are saving, it is well worth it!

I have attended one party here and my son had a wonderful time. I have heard that it was really pricey but sometimes it's worth the price to save your sanity when it comes to 25 five year olds. If you can afford it it's worth it I say.

I recently attended Pump It Up for the first time with my 5 year old son for a birthday party. We had a blast. The staff made sure it was a fun, but safe environment. The food was yummy. I wish they were open to the public.

My daughter had the most exciting and fun birthday party ever. The facility was clean and refreshing. The staff supervised all the children and encourage fun with safety. The party area was great. The staff does everything to included serving the cake and refreshments, making a list of all the gifts, and cleaning up after the whole party. This was one party I wasn't exhausted afterwards. We loved this place and would recommend any party for your children.

I have taken my child to several birthday parties at Pump it Up and the children always seem to have a good time. The parents can join in as well. I do think the rates are pricey for what is offered. The idea of no setup or clean up is great to any parent, but they really don't offer any special service. Every party is the same so if you searching for something unique and special for your child's birthday - seek elsewhere.

Pump It Up is a great place for a birthday party, but it is very expensive. I guess when you consider that you're not having to do the set up and clean up, it may be worth it!

My daughter had her 7th birthday party here and it was awesome. She got to invite her whole class and they had a blast. The staff is very professional and they start on time and clean up everything. It is a little pricey but it is worth it.

I attended a birthday party with my son this afternoon at Pump It Up. He loves to go there. I hate going there. He has several friends who have had parties there or will be having a party there soon. Because he has so much fun at the parties, I'm willing to sacrifice 2 hours of my day to take him. It's all about what the children enjoy!I think the prices are ridiculously high. The staff is far from being friendly. They are cut & dry. My opinion is, if your business caters to children, you should put on a smile, chipper up & at least act like you're happy to be there. Even the owner seems to be very somber. Every time I go I think that will be the time they will impress me. Hasn't happened yet! My son has been impressed since the first time he slid down the huge inflatable slide! His smile is priceless, therefore we'll keep going. I just won't have a party there for any of my children.

My girls give this a thumbs up with every visit. They love getting to play on the inflatables and I think the concept of going to "them" instead of renting "one" (instead of the four they get to play on at Pump it UP) is a great idea. They do adhere strictly to the allotted time for both the inflatable room and the party room, so much so that at one party, it appeared the "hostesses" were basically yanking the packages from the child's hand as soon as she got it opened so they could get them all opened and move the party on out. I would suggest just not having your child open the packages there (even though every child wants to see the birthday boy or girl open the one they gave them) and instead take them home where the birthday boy or girl can actually enjoy opening each one at their own pace. The inflatable room can be loud to us "parents", but the kids hardly notice it. I would also remind you, if your child wears crox or sandals to NOT forget your SOCKS, even though they "sell" them. Price wise, it really depends on the size of your party. If you are having a larger party (up to 25 kids) it is comparable to other party venues, but if you are having a small crowd, then divided up the cost would be higher since you are set at the price for up to 25 children. The big draw back for me (though at some parties their strict enforcement of the allotted time has been beneficial) is the fact that if your child wanted to play more after eating cake and the opening of presents, that isn't possible, where at other party places that often is an option.

I like this idea for a Birthday party. I like the fact that the kids are in a room with just their own party. I do not like how much it costs. I think its too expensive. My kids have attended a couple of parties there, and have enjoyed themselves. I wish they would open during the day for "open play" for a more reasonable price.

We held our son's 5th birthday party here. The place was nice and clean, but the staff was consistently rude. Several of his gifts had mylar balloons attached for decoration. The staff refuse to let us bring those gifts in stating it was their policy. No where in my contract, which I fortunately had with my, did it state this nor did the director ever discuss this with me. We were rushed the entire time we were there so the kids couldn't really enjoy themselves. I was highly disappointed.
