My husband and I went back to Fusion this evening. The drunken linguini with pork chop is to die for!!! I would recommend this plate to anyone. The spices will blow you away. There tom kha soup with prawns is also excellent. It's served in a flaming pot which keeps it nice and hot. My husband had a couple of Singha Thai beers. Last time we were in they didn't have beer yet. The gentlemen serving us was polite and courteous. He must have been the owner or manager because he gave us some coconut ice cream on the house. We will be back soon!

The drunken linguine with pork chop was amazing. The Italian herbs and spices blended in seamlessly with the Thai sauce and grilled pork chop. This dish is topped off with Parmesan cheese and fried basil. They have free delivery too. Definitely will be back.

I have been to a few Thai restaurants now and this would be one of my favorites. Make sure you talk with your server before you order and let them know how much spice you can handle otherwise you might get in a little over your head. They really can cook to order and you should be able to find something of the right level for you. I really liked the Thai iced tea and it helped me deal with the spice of my food which I have always loved spicy. If you have the time and like Thai I would definitely recommend coming in for a satisfying lunch of dinner.

I Googled around after lunch today to find out something of this place, which I could not find, so I felt that I needed to get the word out on this restaurant as it is in a out of the way place, and it is really worth a try.

We have been walking past this place while in downtown Beaverton a few times, and finally stopped in for what turned out to be a very, very good lunch.

It is in downtown which is a miserable place to have to find parking. There is very limited street parking in front of the restaurant but there is a lot to the east side of the area, by Bed Bath & Beyond. It is best just to beach your car there and the hike up Broadway to the restaurant, which is in a charming area.

The decor in Original Thai is very nice--modern with Thai accents. The menu also is very nice, with handmade paper and a bamboo woven cover.

It is a small house, maybe twelve tables total. Our server was very good--attentive without being obtrusive--but the food is the stand out!

I had the Eggplant Delight with tofu, my partner had the Green Curry Chicken. Both were excellent! My dish was served in a brown sauce with a little heat, but not over barring at all. We did not think to ask about how spicy the dishes were and what comes out of the kitchen is spicy to American standards. Considering the attention to detail in this restaurant, I would imagine that you could specify the spice level to your preferences.

Our lunch was served with a small salad with a lightly sweet peanut dressing, a won ton filled with a slightly sweet bean past ,served with an orange dipping sauce and white rice. The presentation, especially for a lunch, was beautiful--and all of the details of this little restaurant were thoughtful and unique.

My partner's curry was very good--a little salty to my taste but he really liked it. He ordered Thai iced tea, which was some of the best that I have ever stolen a sip from and I will order next time if I don't try the Thai iced coffee, which I would imagine will be good too.

Now, you have to understand that we are both big eaters, yet our lunch filled us just right, full without being stuffed.

Lunch as described came in under $20--very reasonable. We will be back for the dinner--which contained all of the favorites as well as some items that sounded very good and unique.

Delivery is available, which is a great option to have, especially if the weather makes shlepping it down to the restaurant an unpleasant idea.
