A hidden gem By Sue (3-scott) M. \| Insider Expert \| Rank: 2,405 Tucked behind buildings and the performing arts center is the Scottsdale Mall area. In there you will find the Blue Moose. Great food, fish and chips are the best, and sports bar atmosphere. Very relaxed for a nice lunch, or alternative to the upscale dressy restaurants nearby. First Review!
