Highly Recommend! Great customer service and was able to fix our washing machine. Would use again in the future.

I must also say that I was a bit skeptical due to the bad reviews, but we found that the reviews given were the complete opposite. The service rep was very knowledgeable and completed the job within a short about of time. They were also on time and very courteous.

Bought an extended warranty for my refrigerator through Home Depot. The warrenty service was assigned to Phillips Maytag, and it would take 5 days for the apointment. I called to see if they could come out sooner, the receptionist said "Sure, the the day after tomorrow"....they failed to show up, I called the office. The reply was "We need to get a part, so we will be there on the original appointment"......The serviceman arrived a few days later, and he asked "whats wrong with it?"(needed to wait for a part, but this guy has no idea whats wrong with the refrigerator). Then "Oh it needs to be plugged in, we'll have to reschedule........I think not

Outstanding service. Phillip and his staff were knowledgeable, prompt and reliable. Philllip was extremely professional and provided attention to detail and follow-up that was impressive. "Unsatisfactory" is an understatement.....pretty much the WORST customer service I have ever received. I purchased an extended warranty thru FRY'S for my washer, dryer and refrigerator. It took Phillip's business 6 days before calling me to set up an appt for 4 days later. I specifically asked if a compressor kit had been ordered and that someone would be installing it that day since another repair company had already determined it needing replacement (also thru FRY'S, but unauthorized to repair parts under manufacturer's warranty). They said "yes"(they flat out lied). Phillip himself showed up at my house, did not have the kit, plugged it in and said it's "fixed" and quickly left. It is not fixed, I've called several times to see if the part has been ordered, they give you the complete run around and it's been 2 weeks. I JUST called FRY's to tell them I have fired them now waiting for the 3rd company to call to set another appt to have my refrigerator fixed...I will be sure to tell everyone I know NOT TO USE PHILLIPS Maytag in LaMesa. It's a joke.

They are the worst repair people we have ever dealt with. We are going on three weeks now and our dishwasher is not fixed.
First repair guy just said it don't work ,I come back. Second repair guy pulled the unit out and said a pump broke, let the unit dry out and try it again in two day. We did and it still does not work. WE reported that the dishwasher is still broken and got the standard line, we order parts. No word now in 10 days.
WE have an extended warranty with GE Service so I guess our next recourse is to call them and plead for someone who can actually fix the unit. We will also report them to the BBB<

Had them come repair my Maytag Neptune, by replacing the water pump. $250.00. Worked for 20 days and now have to have the repair man come back and fix it again. I will never call them again.

Phillip may know how to repair things and that's where his ability stops. He has no business model and hires inept people to run the business. A service call cannot be done as the person doing the diagnostic has to keep the phone to his ear as he talks to Phillip for every instruction. An estimate of the repair is impossible because the so called this unskilled worker doesn't know what the part that his boss is talking about nor does he know the price. Their standard line is "we get back to you and then wants the service charge." I have never had any other service call end without an estimate. We didn't pay the service fee and waited for a diagnostic from Phillip. It took a week to schedule an appointment and then they cancelled and it took another 2 weeks. They have a cluelss receiptionist who gets offended easily when one asks for service. They have NO BUSINESS MODEL. Their hours are strange too. They do not start their work day until 10:00. A first appointment on thier docket means they don't sow until 11:30. Unlike most service employees they can't get over to Home depot for their supplies until 10:00 or later. They do not respect your time or your wallet.

I have bought two dryers from them and both of them are now garbage. The warranty on our Maytag washer used Phillip's Maytag. They have terrible customer service. They looked at my washing machine and told me that someone will contact us and that a second person was coming to look at our washer. Two weeks later, Phillip's Maytag contacted us and told us that the part we needed was 695.00 and that they were not going to fix my washer and I have a warranty. They are a ripoff!!!

Phillips Maytag damaged our washer and caused a flood in our home. Phillip lied to the insurance company to get out of the claim. BEWARE! He does not know what he is doing.

We bought our stove from Phillip's. They installed it, came and repaired it when there was a recall and ordered parts for us when our re-modelers damaged the bottom. Each time they were prompt, friendly and very responsive to our needs.
