I recently bought a 2005 Nissan from Carl Burger Dodge. They gave me a 30 day warranty. I found just a few things that were broken so before the warranty was up I made an appointment. These problems were simple - one the pin in the glove compartment was missing - second the stereo system was not working and third there was an obvious clunk coming from the front end.
They inconvenienced me and kept my car for 10 days! Then they told me they fixed the "minor" things but not the clunk coming from the front end! Now they say the warranty was "limited" to the transmission and the drive train! They refuse to fix the most important of the problem - the clunk. So why did they fix the stereo and the glove compartment? The managers refuse to take my calls or call me back!
I have written a letter to Mr. Carl Burger in protest of this horrible customer service.
I sincerely hope everyone who considers purchasing from Carl Burger in the future will consider their bate and switch customer service and think twice.
