"I always have been into alternative health and somewhat weary of traditional medicine. Not exactly sure where this came from but it seems that most traditional medicines feed you drugs for life, then you die. And me not studying medicine I never fully understood why traditional medicine only seemingly treated the symptoms by numbing their effects while ignoring the cause. I also hate Americas health ins. policy where basically there isnt one! Being self employeed and working part time at my day job, I enjoy the benefits of health ins. NOT! After seeing my co-worker drool and get high off of some pain medicine and it wasnt even Codine (or whatever that popular pain medicine is). As she sat awake in her hallucinating and drooling, I spoke of how such a simple medicine produced such an effect with my other co-workers. I spoke of my all more preference to alternative and natural medicine. The other co-worker told me how his mother lost 12 pounds doing colonics. Colonics have been something I have planned to do for a minute. Whole researching it, I found some facilities were too expensive and others were too home-grown, do-it-yourself, and earthy. I passed the Washington Institute of Natural Medicine a while ago while walking to the library. I decided to go pass there that particular day and Cheri Mallory just so happened was there. I spoke of my interested in colonics and she very patiently and thoroughly explained to me all about colonics. I had a million questions and she was very patience, kind, and extremely informative. I decided to do a session of 6 and I am glad I did 6 and nothing less. I am planning to do another session again. The procedure was slightly uncomfortable but very tolerable. I had more of a issue of gas that first week than the actual colonics itself. I wish to do another session so this time I may actually lose more than a few pounds. I have ABSOLUTELY NO discipline and cheated much of the month. Being a nutritional consultant and body work specialist, she was very patient in guiding my eating habits and daily menu plans. I also did a series of body wraps. She was very professional, discrete, informative, helpful, and gentle. I would recommend her and this Washington Institute of Natural Medicine to everyone. "

I have had a problem with constipation for years. I decided to try colon hydrotherapy. I called around to a few places and decided to go the see Cheri Mallory at the Washington institute of Natural Medicine. Just after one treatment I was doing better. I have been back for several more treatments and feel I have released allot of build up from my colon. Cheri is a nice practitioner and very informative.

I have found that both of the Colon Hydrotherapy practitioners to be kind, respectful, and knowledgeable at the Washington Institute of Natural Medicine. The practitioners have had many happy clients with great success, some of whom have had serious health problems.

After having Colon Hydrotherapy treatments with Cheri my blood pressure and energy level has been great. I am not as tired anymore. My skin is better and my monthly cycle has less cramps and pain. My sinuses have improved and I crave salt and sugar much less.

My blood pressure and energy level is great since my colon hydrotherapy sessions with Cheri. She not only gave me colon hydrotherapy sessions she also guided me in diet selection. I am not tired anymore. My skin is cleaner. I have less cramps with my monthly cycle. I have less craving for sugar and salt.

Cheri Mallory offers colon hydrotherapy at the Washington Institute of Natural Medicine. She offers the comfortable and safe gravity method. Clients have stated how their digestion and general sense of well being have improved after a treatment.
