This has to be one of the WORST car dealers I have EVER been to!!! I think lying to people is a company policy!! They just lie to your face constantly!! I know that they say car salesmen are sleazy but this place takes the cake. I bought a car and the finance manager (Kurt Sweet) told us all this crap about how they are going detail it and apply protective stuff to the cloth seats and fix a scratch it had on the bumper. I left his office and went over to the other building where the car was and was told they weren't going to fix anything. When I asked to speak to Mr. Sweet they said he was out at lunch. The funny thing was I had just left his office so I found his business card and called every number on it until I got him. The salesman Luis Gaitan told us we were also told we would be getting "free" oil changes but when it came down to the paperwork they charged us $199.99. When we brought this to Mr Sweet's attention we were told we'd be given a check. The next day when we went to get it they made some crap up and wouldnt refund the money even though we were told by Mr. Sweet that they would.We used a co-signer to get a better rate and the put all the paperwork and finance stuff in the co-signers name only. I have been told 4 times that they would fix this and they still haven't!! This place is horrible!!! Save yourself the trouble and aggravation and go somewhere else!!

I thought this dealer was offering a fair deal, and it turns out I was completely wrong. I liked the staff until after the fact when I could never get hold of them, and I realized the deal was all wrong. I guess I'll have to skip cars from this dealer - I can't tell you how aggravating the whole experience was.

Great rip off, and terrible service. This is on my top 3 places to avoid in the triangle - they have no idea how to treat customers, how to provide resaonable prices (except to say that they like large amounts of money) and their customer service will push you over the edge

We bought our 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 from these guys. Our salesman was knowledgeable, friendly, and effective at closing the sale at the price we wanted. We're still driving this great truck, and appreciate the great service at Hendrick.
