I just want to state that the girls working in the office at canal square apartment are rude, unprofessional, mean, cocky, arrogant, and greedy. They only care about money money money. They take you on a tour of the apartment complex, don't even tell you the price of the apartment rental unit. In fact after your tour of the building and complex, they just give you some paperwork, make you sign the dotted line, and tell you to give them a check for the down payment. They don't tell you that the whole downpayment is non-refundable. Compare this to other apartment units in Indy where they would refund you the security deposit, but not the money used to check your credit background. The girls simply want to catch you sucker by making you rent a $2000 something unit without telling you the price. They just take you on a tour, sound nice and sweet, and when you want to discuss this with your family member, the girls would get upset. How rude can they get?

I have been waiting for about 6 months to get a one bedroom on the Canal! I finally got one and I am so happy with my apartment. It s so close to my work that it s not even a 2 minutes away from my work. I work at the Government Building. It s a great location and the apartment is updated, it s so nice. The staff is so friendly.

I had a flat tire one morning and one of the guys helped me put my spare on. This is just one of the many things that they have done to go out of their way for me. Also, i thought i left a candle burning and they went and checked my apartment for me. I have lived at a couple of the other complexes in the area and it was like pulling teeth to get maintenance do do basic things.
