I have always been able to find exactly what I am looking for, or at least an approximation close enough that I do not mind. The staff have been very helpful in answering questions and directing my searches. The store is large and caries a wide number of products, so looking on your own is often less productive. Unfortunately, their website does not have all of the items they actually carry, which is quite frustrating.
