I had two services taking care of my husband. Interim and Premier. Interim was doing the home health -- premier the products. i was forced into keeping interim as the VA signed a 30-day contract with them. Just as soon as the first month was over -- out the door with interim AND QUALITY RELIABLE SERVICE WITH PREMIER. There is no comparison between the 2 companies ... 1 on call 24 / 7 -- the other never returned my calls; 1 great pleasant nurses - the other well, one nurse left a lot to be desired. I cannot even compare the two. My husband is in better hands with premier than he was ever with the other company. DO NOT WASTE TIME ... get Premier right off and you will not be disappointed. I AM NOT. MICHAEL - JAYSON - PATRICIA - all great people with compassion and quality care. The nurse - KIM is a gem. Delightful to have a good company on our team of heart transplant home health care.
