Would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to buy from them. I purchased online, money was deducted from Credit Card, received an auto response that they had received order (but no tracking number) contacted, contacted, contacted. Only received one reply to say order lost, looking into it to claim insurance. To this day 2 months later I still haven't received any goods or refund or an explanation.

I bought a cake topper from Orange Novelty Cake online a month ago. When I got the motion activated cake topper it didn't work correctly and they were supposed to send a replacement, but have not. I've e-mailed them and no response. Horrible customer service for a business on the internet. It's too bad because they had some neat things and I could have bought this cake topper elsewhere.

I have been decorating for years and had never come accross your store untill now. I thought i had pretty good relationships with the people that worked at the other 2 cake decorating stores that Ive been to but I see that I dont. For years I have asked them were i could possibly find things that i have found in your store and everyone says "only online since we are the only retail shops in OC" BS now i know why they never sent me to your store. U rock!!! IM sorry but not evening 10 decorating stores have what u have.
P.S thanks for shipping that fondant u r a lifesaver:)

Don't buy from them over the internet The tracking link they sent me didn't work and I emailed them several times to get information on whether my order had actually shipped and if so when but they never answered any of the emails.Horrible internet customer service.
