I never would have thought in a million years Mary would lie, take my money and close down with my dress never ordered behind my backWhat a way to run a bridal shopto all brides check out were you are purchasing a wedding dress with the BBB before trusting anyonethanks but no thanks Maryrainbow bridal in Hamilton is awesome everyone needs to check this place out, very helpful !!

It was the worst experience I have ever had or even heard of in my life. But as I read the other reviews I am not alone. I had five girls go to Mary Lee Bridals for bridesmaid dresses. They put down their deposits between February and march. Dresses came in early June. My first bridesmaid went for her first fitting called me and said you better get down here the dresses are in the wrong color. After speaking with Mary she informed me that she will have all taken care of. A week before the wedding she had my girls come in five days in a row. Dresses were a disaster. She was so called making them from scratch. To make a long story short. The Thursday before my wedding which was to be that Saturday we had no dresses. Mary called the police on us because we were furious. We ended up getting our money back but not having dresses with only two days left to spare. Went to Davids Bridal that night they got us dresses and fitted and were done Fri morning so on Saturday i had the wedding of my dreams. I recommend Davids Bridal to the fullest.

As mother of the bride, I went into this shop and found a great dress, but was told by the owner that it was 'discontinued'. But she said that she could make me one in the color of my choice. I agreed to have her make it. This ordeal lasted for 8 months! She had me come in for fittings and the work was either not done, or done improperly. Finally, the dress was 'ready' two weeks before the wedding. The workmanship was so terrible, that it was an embarrassment. I never wore the dress to my daughter's wedding. I went to another bridal shop, where they ordered a dress which arrived in 2 days. The dress was beautiful and the service at the second shop was excellent. By the way, I threw the custom made dress by Mary Lee, IN THE GARBAGE.

Mary left us almost in tears. We're three weeks before the wedding and have no bridesmaids dresses because of her! She lied to us and was very rude. She kept pulling excuses for not having our dresses, and after a week of telling us she was getting them shipped out and was watching the tracking number, she told us she actually did not have our order and it was taken away by a business partner! She was not going to give us our down payment back. Do not go there! Beware this dress shop!

We ordered brides mate dresses from there at least 8 months ago. After all of the lies, we still do not have the dresses and the wedding is in less then two months. Never would I ever in my life recommend Mary Lee Bridal to anyone!

I took my bride into her store the week of the wedding because David's Bridal didn't do their job with her bussel. Both the Bride and myself found Mary nice and she made very happy with doing the bussel quickly. I and my partner as wedding planners will be using her store for our future brides,and bridal party gowns. Her prices are good for those on a budget and would recommend her shop

I was shopping for a prom dress and found Mary Lee very pleasant. Yes she can be a bit pushy at times but every good sales person knows that you have to push yourself a little bit.

This was the most horrible experience I have ever had. I did not like Mary Lee from the start but ended up finding the perfect dress in her store. I ignored her aggressive attempts to force me to get my bridesmaid's dresses at her store because I knew that my girls would not find what they wanted. I also simply ignored her comments on how my dress was to "simple" and that its very difficult to alter a dress with a zipper on the side rather than the back. I was very laid back about the 3 times that I went for my "final fitting" and got turned away becuase she was "busy" and my dress was not ready. Finally, after much negotiation I got my final fitting exactly 1 week prior to my wedding. When I put the dress on I could see the buttons that were to go up the back on the dress coming around my side in the mirror. I STILL did not freak out but left the store in tears with her promising to fix the dress by tomorrow. My mother(who paid for the dress) called and spoke to Mary Lee and my dress was near perfect the next day. There were still slight imperfections in the zipper area and the buttons on the back but I could not be picky for fear she would ruin the dress more. Needless to say PLEASE avoid this shop...unless you would like stress and an imperfect dress.

When I entered the shop, I was approached by Mary Lee in an aggressive manner. When I said I had just started my search for wedding dresses and that I was "just looking," she continued to ask me many questions, and follow me about the store. She looked me up and down several times, scrutinizing my outfit. She asked me what I did for living. When I told her I was a psychologist, she was obviously very impressed by this and started to get more excited about me being her customer. Then she asked what my fiance' did. (Why she needed to know this information about either one of us is beyond me.) When I told her he was a mechanic, she appeared insulted as said, "Well, I'm sure he's nice." I would never set foot in her store again. She's a snob.
