I eat here all the time and love their sushi. the service could be a bit better, but the food is good and its a good price as well.

I had to join this forum to give the real deal on this restaurant. Yeah, they served such a wide variety of cuisine at prices pretty low that I was skeptical. I ordered the seafood bento box. I got 3 pieces of dried, slightly fishy fillet that must have come from a carp or some other bottom feeder, several pieces of shrimp straight from the freezer bag - deep fried and maybe 3 pieces of 'real' shrimp - butterflied, panko'd and deep fried, some lettuce and an ice cream scoop of rice.
I must say that the rice was jasmine and freshly cooked to perfection.
The other thing I ordered was the honey dew melon bobo drink that was pretty good - so it was'nt a complete loss.
I'm Filippino and lived in SF for years - I know what REAL authentic asian cuisine is and have found only 2 restaurants in the 2 years I've been in Las Vegas worth going to - Da Lat Vietnamese on Tropicana and the other one escapes me at the moment.

Asian food joints usually come in two varieties: Cheap and tasting like your slurping cooking oil, and great tasting but expensive.

I found the ultimate Asian food gem in Yummy Grill & Sushi with its ultimate treasure: Cheap and as great tasting as the expensive restaurants, if not better.

At first glance, the menu cries out for the oily cheap Asian food, as most meals can be had for $7 or less. I told my wife before we ordered that with their prices, if their food was half-decent we would be back again and again.

Turns out it was beyond decent. Food was perfect. Even more to Yummy??s credit was the variety of their menu which included Japanese, Hawaiian, Chinese, Thai, Korean and other Asian cuisines with even Cajun on the menu.

The Loco Moco I had was the best I've had since a trip to Maui - sorry L&L. And the Thai chicken my wife had garnered waves as well.

Only criticism would be they should complete their menu diversity by adding my favorite drink ?? Thai iced tea.

They also have two other locations in the Vegas area - one on Eastern in Henderson and the other on Rainbow.

From now on, when we??re looking for Asian, we have just one place to go.
